But, I want to tell u xl is very good device in every aspect....who are you? & what are you? For saying that XL is a Failed Mobile...Infact u don't have any knowledge about xl and his features.
I researched on xl and its features...in this u can be able to move apps to sd card in order to save your internal space..
First do some research about xl and stop misguiding people and posting this type of rubbish reviews.
& 1 more thing..

AnonD-256421, 18 May 2014hey law! i agreed that xl has low internal memory...and it will much better if it comes with 8... morehave you tried using apps 2 sd feature or not if you have you would have never given me this solution. unfortunately none of the apps move to external memory card it just moves to the phone memory.
so it means total memory of the phone means
phone memory
sd card 0
external memory means
sd card 1
so whenever you do this move to memory card it actually moves to sd card 0 phone memory and not external memory.
i have tried everything i can so am dissappointed that nokia has not done good research before releasing x series in the market.
other manufacture phone who have 4 gb doesnt have this problem as there we can actually move everything to external memory.

XL is a Failed set, maybe 5" wed lure n customer, but 137ppi is terrible, internal 4gb half gone to system rest to apps unmovable, left with 1gb to load. Why waist on android cum windows, no update expected, when MS taken over ad see windows Lumina series failed too, since years but no avail.

u cannot move apps to the sd card but u can ... moreBut i can move, application from to memory card (but not Preinstall Application).
Preinstall Aplication, we can not move to memory card, but for other application, the one we install it, we can move to memory card, i already do it.

For my experinece, much better nokia XL, becasue samsung duos always hang (especially when we install BBM) the RAM will be more than 80%, but nokia xl only apprix 50 to 60% (with same RAM 768MB).
Don't buy samsung DUOS, really bad.

I already install go launcher, solo launcher, is working fine.
Not good for me this mobile is: mobilevoip have problem, Zello have problem, when switch to earphone mode.may be for gamer this phone will be ok, with cheap price, big screen, and stable.

suman, 18 May 2014can it'splay all video format ? like mp4 , flv , wmv , mkv , avi ? 720p or 1080yes...nokia xl supports all formats and all types of hd videos, but u have to download vlc for android or mx player.
bcoz it depends upon your media player.

anyways...but u dont need to worried about it...i have a good news for u, in xl ...u can move your apps on sd card. i have a trick through which u can move apps and save your internal space...
1 thing i want to mention here xl doesnot has only 1 gb internal, it has almost 2.something gb...in xl internal memory is divided into 2 sections, 1 for apps and other for your pictures, videos, and data.
well...u simply go to nokia store...download 1 mobile market, after installed open it...from there download APP 2 SD, after installed it...open app 2 sd & here u will be able to move app to sd card.
but remember u can't move every app...only those apps which can be able to move to sd card will be moved.

i watched many videos in which u can moves apps from phone to sd card, and u can do.. not only this in nokia x also u will do this on nokia xl and x+.
u simply go to 1 mobile market...from there download APP 2 SD, after installed it...open app 2 sd & here u will be able to move app to sd card.
but remember u can't move every app...only those apps which can be able to move to sd card will be moved.
second...u asked about sound quality when ear phone plugged in...so my friend ! plz give me 1 day, bcoz today is sunday...all markets are close,...tomorrow i'll buy an additional pair of earphone and then inform u about that.
third...u asked about does xl support pen drive, so i said before it should support pen drive but u have to use micro usb otg cable instead of otg cable...it is available in the market...it has micro usb plug instead of prepiortary in otg cable.
and 4th i cant be able to clip here picture's sample...but i can tell u xl has decent camera...plz dont compare its camera to other high aspect devices...but according to its price it is really nice , good and decent.
