AnonD-262903, 16 May 2014Can any 1 tell me that how to install all android apps in this Nokia XL??You can download android apps from nokia store which is already pre-installed on your xl..
And for those apps which are not available on store...you have to intalled 1 mobile market or other 3rd party appstore like mobogenie, aptoide and yandex etc from nokia store...and then download those apps from there..
How 2 install apps:
Simply go to the store, search apps, & install it.

AnonD-253092, 16 May 2014I tried it and other 6 methods to root :-/ NOT WORKINGI used Nokia x on the very 1st day of launch of x family.
I rooted my Nokia x..
Its not an easy job to root this phone
U need to hack the existing customize x android os.
Then u have to install all the Google apps one by one...
Then u can run play store also...
U better read it on xda web page...
Do this on ur own risk...
Framaroot will not work for this device ...
Be careful to do above mentioned things...
Nokia challenged that 75% apps will run on their customized os.. I personally don't think so...maybe it will work after 2or 3 years.cz they have their own store ...& that store will give u popular apps day by day..bt today u will find minimum apps cz its a new Store & new platform..
If u buy this phone
Then u will get 100% looks
Bt 50% performance... Cz its not a full android phone.
& also priced high
768 mb ram
187ppi
& its a critical phone
Android bt customized
Look like windows phone
Fast lane has taken from asha
& u will get Microsoft services.
So its a critical phone...
Bt those who wants to buy for Nokia & Android ...best of luck for them..
Bt it is not a good phone...

Vlc for android & MX player are the best media players for nokia x series which can play all types of video without any lag of skipping frames & these can play hd videos as well.

It is a best budget phone.it support all hd games of android but in this range no any other phone support 200-300 mb abobe game.the ram in this phone 768 mb=1.5 gb any othet android phone the brand nokia is enough for jis quality. It is bery smart look phone and very slim phone.
