I think this phone is only a trial to test the market. That's why the specs is low (or they called it a budget phone). Nokia has a tight budget to test the market. It's just a bait to all of us. If the selling is good, nokia will surely come out with a better specs (mid to high end range). That's how business work.

i know this is just nokia's pre plan.,i mean if this phone will work and can bring sum improvement to their market ,myb they will release more fast, improved, amazing phones again powerd and will fully supported by android.,.(and supported by microsoft).,.,it will b the best phone ever if u can experience xbox gaming as well as plenty full apps from android,.,....just do it nokia.,,.surprise as and other brands will lost its amazements.,. bring back ur crown again long lost king
