Hi there..i need a license celphone technician to give me some advice about my Nokia XL phone..my problem is the icon of my Nokia XL not showing..the charging is good,but everytime I open it the icon not showing o,ly the Nokia name showing..pls what should I do?my Nokia XL dual sim,type:RM1030 IMEI:354253061061864 pls I need help asap thank you

how to get play store.nokia store is not working properly. phone and internal storage total 2 gb receiving applications but my external memory card 8 gb cannot recieving none of applications.nokia company giving add in television thousands of applications download in nokia XL mobile.several times I send mails to nokia companey.but no reply. message display to contact manufacturer assistance.please replay.
