The nubia Play 5G is expected to debut on April 21 and the company’s CEO Ni Fei took to Weibo to post another set of clues for the upcoming gaming phone’s cameras complete with a set of samples ahead of next week’s launch event.
The Play 5G will come with a quad-camera setup headlined by a 48MP Sony main shooter believed to be the IMX586. There’s also a 12MP selfie camera.
We get a total of six samples directly from the main 48MP shooter which gives us a clue about its performance in macro and day/night time scenery. In addition, we have a selfie sample from the 12MP front-facing unit.
Earlier today, we learned that the device will sport a massive 5,100 mAh battery complete with 30W fast charging. The nubia Play 5G is also speculated to come with the Snapdragon 765G chipset.
