The new Red Magic 9S Pro is about to debut on July 3 in China and it is said to bring an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 under the hood. However, according to the latest teaser, the design changes are virtually non-existent.

A company representative shared official renders of the Red Magic 9S Pro in four colorways - white, black and two transparent variants. The official color names for the global market have not yet been disclosed, as the translation from Chinese sounds pretty weird.

In any case, the design itself is barely any different compared to the Red Magic 9 series. We have the flat metal sides, sharp corners, full-screen experience on the front with under-display selfie camera and flat glass back panel. Two of the options are transparent, showing part of the internal hardware.

Notably, there are a few changes to elements on the back, but not enough to make a clear distinction between the 9 and 9S outright.
