how do i turn off the annoying sound (the welcome message) but without having to change it and put it on silent?? other than that great phone!!

hey if you want good tones go to www.buzzed.co.uk on your phone and goto free & downloads there you get tones (O2X1i supports midi), pics games videos and real tones. REMEMBER you only get 2 a day!! :-)

I got thsi phone less than a week ago, and it wont turn on anymore. it is fully charged and wen i put the charger in, the buttons light up but nothin happens on the screen. whats the problem? can anyone help?

the message picture and the world-i had that the other day and i came on here to find out what it was...anyway, press the menu button (till all the wee pics come up), press on the o2 picture, scoll to number 7 (WAP Message) and then that will be it. Hope that helped!

I have had this phone a while after recieving it from a friend. It stopped turning itself off after i wedged a piece of card in under the battery but it has suddenly started again!! Also, i have a picture of an envelope with a small world on it but when i try to go onto wap to retrieve whatever it is, the phone turns off!! HELP!!!! I cant take the phone back because my friend got rid of the paperwork and receipt! HELP !!!!

Wen i 1st got it i thought it was a gr8 little fone i ave had mine 4 bout 1 week now n i am avein problems wiv it as it keeps turnin off which is realli annoyin n has made me upset as i realli like the fone.ther must b a fault in the fone as so many ave sed theres turns off.it is cheap n is a nice lookin fone but wats the use of it if it just turns off if any1 knows y plz email me thanks Helen

hey, i got this phone at the end of november. finally i found out that everyones turns off! mine always does it. i took it to the shop i got it from and it and they said it would take 4 weeks to be repaired, so i didn't bother. also, recently, the phone has been deleting all my inbox text messages. anyone else had that problem? happened only twice, but it's so annying when you have really cute a nice texts and then they go! write back!

use for the first time and then u will say
HEART ASK MORE AND MORE.Infact if u want nice and ture mat then u can not find like O2X1i and i assure u that ur life will come to its end but O2 will never die u. give it one chance must be then u will also cry i want O2 and like O2 and love O2.

i used a lot mobiles but this one waooooo.i have not seen such nice and strong mobile i suggest that u should use once and then u will call only O2 and O2.

bought mine last november and it's been in for repair for a total of about two months since then. the problem i've had is that when i want to send a text to more than one person it just sends to one person. i also received a replacement which had the same fault. not reyt 'appy about it.

i got this fone today and i very pleased with it. The camera is brilliant and so is everything else. I reccomend this phone to anyone looking a good phone in a cheap price range.

help me i got the phone a few months ago its also been fine i can use it fine apart from iv suddenly got a small picture on the screen of an envelope with a little circle on it i think its a world can some one please tell me what it means and how i gt to it thanks x

i spoke to an o2 person and they said that the first batch of these phones were faulty and that we could exchange them for a new one if we brought it back to the o2 shop!!
