Hi i absolutly love this phone, but how do you get the settings for o2 active!? the o2 site only has the x1 on it!!

I've already been told to do the factory reset but i have to type in the phone code to do this, is it a certain number for this type of phone or does each phone have its own number? >

Guys anyone having problems should perform the factory reset of the phone first before returning it to the place of purhase.
It may or may not help came across a few faulty o2x2 phones that this helped.

Ive had the 02 X2 for about 3 months now and up until a month ago everything was fine, but now my camera wont work, has anyone else had this problem? the message that comes up when i try to access the camera is :
Initialisation abnormal pls re-power on!

the predictive tx is called ITAP, all u hav to to is go into the msg creator, and press the hash key till it comes up. or to change it permenantely, go into settings, then input and change it into Itap from there.

Does this phone have predictive text? O2 website says it does. How do you turn it on? O2 help says if it is not in the userguide then it doesn't have it!

o and wen i tried to get credit they cut me off about 5 times. call customer sup. and they re direct me to top up!!!

this phone sux. o2 x1 was well better, no motion, pictures crap qaulity, wap down 4eva, no zoom >:(.

just had to send my o2x2 back my contacts will not come up it just comes up waiting and trying to get my call register up is impossible the whole phone freezes and i cannot do anything with it THIS PHONE IS PANTS!!!

if u get duplicated contacts all you simply do is go into your phone book then scroll down to the memory status then click on sim and select OK it shud just ave the contacts you had on ur sim (i had that problem now i cant get any ringtones for my fone)

whenever i go to my phone book it just comes up waiting and doesnt open can anyone help???

just read other reviews... can someone help... I can send a text but the person can not "reply" to my text as it says number not in use... they have to start a text message from scratch then find me in the address book to send it... it only then do I get my texts... phoned o2 and they can not help althou the "service number says there is not one registered in my "tools " options... but there no were to put one in???? HELPPPPP

Does anyone no were I can get another copy of the user guide for the o2x2 phone... seem to have lost mine and Ihaving problems that evan o2 customer support can not help... or has anyone got one that could email me and maybe chat regarding my problem,,cheers

hiya its my b'day in two days n im gettin the X2 and i thought it luked well gud and i cant wait to get it but i wana use my old sim card in it will it work n is it gud coz on wat iv read ur all saying its faulty! reply bak to me quick

'Contacts' list issues... arghhh...I have the same problem as mentioned on the site, i.e. The contacts list goes into 'waiting' for days on end and I don't get any incoming texts either then they all come at once. I have used my old SIM card to keep the number. O2 were actually quite helpful on my call and said they could send a new Sim card out to me. It's happened a few times now and spoils an otherwise cool phone. I hope they can fix it, I havent been able to exchange txts for nearly two days now!!! but it sounds like a common problem with old Sims.

does any1 know how to get free ringer tones on the o2x2 cause i downloaded tipsy i cost me £2.50 n its rubbish email me if you have any sites
