Jayne, I remember at the same time my phone wouldnt allow calls/messages etc. i took my Sd memory card out and put it back in, before shutting down/restarting.
Maybe this might work?

I would recommend it, but only if you don't mind that the so called 1.3 Megapixel camera it has, takes images nowhere near that quality, I'd go test it before anything, see if you like it first then get a refund if you don't.

http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=113059 for the adaptor, but you can find some other places which does a deal which includes a card and the adaptor.
Card readers are fairly easy to find, PC World, Dixons, Argos .etc even WH Smith has them. Better deals can be found online maybe.

The handset has no Bluetooth.
You get images on and off using the USB cable provided along with the manager, you cannot put MP3s or videos on it using the USB, you need a SD card reader and a miniSD - SD adaptor.

Hey Lee do know if this phones got bluetooth??And wear can i get the mp3 tranfering lead from???

Shut phone down n then start it up again. Seems to cure ur problem! It happened to me once!

Anyone had a problem receiving calls? Receives ok when first switched on, then after about 15minutes, goes to voicemail. Can anyone help!!!!!

Thank god o2 are crap and never sent me the x3!! It sounds like it a bag of s**t! I've gone for the se k700i instead now.

Well, after waiting a long time for the X3, I had mine for a week and was disapointed with the usability, which was not very user-friendly at times. I also found that you can't use the data cable (supplied) to upload MP3 or download video from the SD card to PC, but you have to buy further card adapters. Also, the lack of speaker-phone and bluetooth is disapointing. But most annoyingly, people said they couldn't hear me very well on the phone, which is it's primary function after all. So I've exchanged mine for a Sony Erricsson K700i, which is great in comparison. Wish I hadn't waited now.
