I'm expecting a 1.3MP unit to take better puctures than a 0.3MP VGA unit........ and the X3 doesn't. If you can accept that then fine...... but I bought the phone for the camera more than anything else. And the other point is it appears that the firmware is stopping the camera from producing the pictures that it should. If you can accept second best then that's fine..... but I'd rather have a phone that does what it says it'll do. :)

Anyone know what games work best on X3? - searching MYwap on O2 and tagtag.com on wap, most options are for 30/40/50/60 series (nokias)anyone know whats best for it?

Got the phone last night, all seems ok, pic a bit ropey on 1.3 mp, but as I would expect, Dave take a chill pill matey!! what you expecting!!

It does answer calls when you open it. (If you set the right option.)
Battery was on it's third day and was above 50% when my phone finally died........ as in broke!

Yes you can set mp3's as ringtones (as i found out yesterday happily!)go to the ringtones option and as long as the memory card is in your phone with mp3's on then you should be able to select them under options.

Oh and yeah, when emailing them either select "other" or "email us" - those are your best chances of gettin a remotely relevant response...

Ok, what the hell is wrong with o2?
They emailed me back last week telling me that they had 'failed to locate my upgrade order' and that if I wanted to upgrade I would have to phone up again. I was a bit pissed, but then decided that I didn't really feel like gettin the x3 anymore anyway, because I didn't like the reviews I was seeing etc even though I'm not too bothered about the camera.
So I had only just decided to finally leave o2 to go to another network and get a good deal - but this morning I get an email sayin my order has been sent to the warehouse! Where the bloody hell did that come from??? I would have cancelled the order if I knew it existed...
About the phone:
- Can you set mp3 ringtones?
- Does the battery last a day? Any problems with battery?
- Does it answer calls on opening it?

O2 are actually returning e-mails within 24-48 hours....... my tip is when you send them an e-mail make sure you check the box marked "other", as they seem to respond to that quicker.

and the camera should have been like the nokia 7610. if they had the features of the nokias 7610, 6630 and 6260 all mixed into one small light flip phone with a big 256k color screen and has 3d games like the n gage then it would be phone of my dreams.

well my phone just went strange. i just opened the phone to read a text message and the screen was all flickery, tried to open the message and it froze and the screen eventually went completely white, the external screen was still fin through this. turned it off and it was back to normal, bit dodgy.
