i had the same problems with mms and internet on mine i got in touch with o2 and they emailed me the settings which i can forward to you if u send me your email address

My external screen is working perfectly. Haven't tried sending an MMS yet but I did receive one and it told me to go to the O2 site to view it, that's not right is it?

Anyone else having problems sending mms messages?

Has anyone else had a problem with the internal screen just going black and the only way to get it back is to take the battery off and turn it back on? it happened while i was talking on phone and i got cut off and also when i was going through the menu. you think i should send the phone back?

i got to look at the display model it is small especially with the features that it does. hopefully the next batch won't be bugged like some of the ones from the first batch. i guess it just depends on the phone you get somethin a bit like the lottery.

i dont have that problem wit my x3, my batch number is 1BQO2X3N. does htis make a difference. i am having problems wit my internal screen, i get jittering lines over the screen when i go back to the standby screen. does anyone else have this problem? p.s. i havent had any problems wit my camera, although the images arent as clear as i thought that they would be.

in fact it's happening on the internal screen too - it may be part of the same batch as Khalid - are there other batches around that don't have the problem with the camera?

I just got my phone earlier on today - everything seems fine except the cam - when i try to take a pic using the external screen (ie when the phone is shut) the screen gradually gets darker and darker until it's almost pitch black.the internal screen seems to be fine - just the external one that seems to be the problem. Does anyone else have the same problem?

Dave, My girls just bought same phone, same tariff (online100), from 02 online shop. Hers works fine! Is a difference though, in the o2 active settings she has Wap1 Wap2 Wap3, I have 02Wap, Far Eastone, Wap3 ??
Have no idea why they are different or if this is why my phone isnt connecting!
Have you managed to get your phone back on Dave, or is it still dead?

Lee, I had the same message....... make sure your tariff allows GPRS connection.

I can't get onto the 02active site using the wap. Get an error message saying "Network Unavailable" grrr!!

No one yet has proved that you can take a good photo with this phone....... and I certainly can't as it has just broken completely........ within 3 days!

Just got my X3. An amazing phone. Camera is great, video recording is even better.

Unit 1 has just packed in completely, will not switch on with a sim card in, and has destroyed my sim card too.
DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!!!!
