Does n e 1 know when the phone will be able to me in the shops? I have a leaflet here and it is offering me the phone for free on O2 100 or above. Everytime i ring the shops i get a different answer. Some say they will have some this weekend, some say next week, and some say next month! CAN N E 1 GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER??? I think O2 have messed up a little here, if you offer the phone then they should have some before hand, not offer the phone to customers then hope they get a delivery soon!

Go into help and search for order update, and it'll give youan option of order tracking.
It'll take you to the securicor website, but you can't track it until O2 actually give you the securicor number in your despatch e-mail.
So they tell me anyway.
Might just be me being dumb, but i cant find a single thing about securicor or order tracking on the o2 website. where exactly is it.
I have discovered that the money has come out of my account so the phone had better come soon!
There is an order tracker on there, but only for Securicor, not for O2 as such.
It appears O2 have quite serious problems at the minute, and as usual have "blamed" the customers for this problem. (In so much as that too many people have tried to buy the X3.)
I have numerous contracts held with O2, but the service really is appaling. This phone was announced back in February of this year, they have missed numerous deadlines, and even now, seem incapable of delivering the phone.
I do not know of one GENUINE person having received their phone yet......... and that's now 4/5 working days on from release.
I have ordered the x3 but i have no way of checking it on the o2 website. I have also not yet recieved the confirmation email, even though i ordered it thursday night! Anyone else having this problem.
Is the o2 UK site the only o2 site without an order tracker the Irish and Germans have one!

When you have been charged for next day delivery, and then you are told it won't arrive for a week......... wouldn't you be a bit P Off? Or would that ruin your "Holier than thou' " image?
Get a grip, if you order something for next day, is should be there NEXT DAY.

I ordered my X3 at lunchtime today. Probably get it next week sometime. I'm in no major rush for it.
Anyone know if the sim card that comes with pay & go purchase is with the 300 free texts wherever you buy it from like a catalogue? Although I was just hoping I could just put my current sim card in the phone.
