If you have been messed around as much as some of us have on here then you wouldn't be so complimentary........
Oh and your 7-10 days delivery..... O2 standard delivery is 5........ you are just a sad git who is happy to get walked all over by people.
O2 have promised so many of us so many things, and they haven't delivered, so shut the FU.

There are a lot whingers on this forum. I have been with O2 for 12 months and they have been very good. I agree that the online customer service is a bit crap, but i have found them very helpful when i have called by phone. All this moaning about when the phone is released, you try and find any other phone manufacturer to give you an accurate release date on their phones and it is no different, its just the way it is! This is the way it works for most products these days, so why stress about it. Even now it is released some of you are moaning that its not gonna be with you straight away. I've just ordered mine and it will be with me in 7-10 days. I can live with that why can't everyone else? Patience is a virtue!!

According to O2, if you order it one day you realistically will have to expect a minumum of 2 days for delivery.
I went NUTS!

Oh and we could've bought this phone on Monday........... everyone missed that one! lol. (It was out, but not in the shop.........)

They have just told me they don't do, and can't do next day delivery, even though the option is there and they will charge you for it.
They can't process the stuff quick enough, and Securicor can't guarantee delivery in time.
In fact O2 have stated that they may be delays of up to 11 days for delivery of this phone.........

RIGHT, anyone who thinks they will get the phone next day from O2 online.
FORGET IT.
They do not do next day delivery, they just take your money and deliver it in ten days.
It's disgusting O2, you are the biggest bunch of incompetant, useless individual I have ever done business with!

i have just ordered mine off of www.o2.co.uk/shop. Its cost £199.99 on pay as you go with 300 free txt a month. i shud get it this friday so i will post information about the fone and maybe sum pics
