13th of september? o2 just emailed me and told me it would be 'soon'. they'd put a link in the mail to the shop saying the x3 was in the shop. followed the link, suprise suprise, no x3.

Problem is, everyone is getting told a reliable date, then O2 change it.........
I can't beleive that late in September, that truely is ridiculous.

i was just over at one of the o2 shops and i asked one of the members of staff when the o2 x3 was goin to be released and he said that he doesn't know and to come back on Wednesday to find out. God knows when this phone will be released. since they keep pushing the release date back extra features could've been added to the phone like bluetooth or an fm radio.

Sh1tty O2 as usual, shame there is no other decent phone like the X3 for the price (Vodas GX30 is twice the price) + its huge - O2 get your act together!

That about it slippin got the end of August has come direct from O2 online. No reason given, but at the minute it's true, it may come forward slightly, but more likely it'll slip further.

BenQ don't sell their own brand in the UK as far as I'm aware. Although I have been told they have plans for the S700 (X3) to be released prior to Christmas.

If it were an order problem, surely O2 would've known that on Monday when I called them?

Its not a problem with the actual phone thats holding back the release date. It's the suppliers and the orders. Its all gone higgledy piggledy

O2 now say it has slipped to the END of August. BUt I really wouldn't hold your breath.
