ok *NEWSFLASH* someone try going on the 02 website. I just tried getting on and im getting all kinds of error messages. Im not too sure whether theyre updating or not

From what it sounds, o2 shops are saying middle of August and the website is saying this week.

Its general terms and conditions when it comes to delivery. And the general rule with O2 online is, if it's on the website you can buy it, if it's not, you can't.
And the BenQ version isn't released in the UK, I have an e-amil from their sales department as well.

ok wots going on with 02 then cos I rang em just this morning and theyre still telling me it aint being released till the middle of august wot is it some kind of postcode lottery?

In addition to that, if you don't pay extra then you'll recive it within five days.
Stop being lazy and read the website!

Oh this is hard work.
If it for sale on the website this week then you can pay extra and have it delivered next day before 10am, or 5pm, (one costing more than the other of course.) So if it's Friday when it's released you could have it by Monday.

If its on the o2 website, then you will receivce the phone a few days after you have ordered it depending on the delivery type you select.

Right, make things clearer.
Originally I was told by two employees it would be out today.
I have phoned today and the offical statement they have is week commencing today, so it could be out at mid day, tomorrow or even Friday.
The catalogue shops will be a minimum of 2 weeks behind the internet release date, as may be the O2 shops.
Things will become clearer soon.

Well I would never order from a cataslogue unless it was in stock as they are usually the last ones to receive new products!! - Have to keep checking O2 site!

i ordered mine from look again yesterday.
yesterday it said delivery in 26 days, now itsays in 27 days
