I have found that the quality of both the camera and video on my phone is really poor. Also my phone switches it self off and the battery runs out within hours of charging it. I recently sent the phone back to O2 for it to be repaired as it wouldn't switch on at all, the phone then worked perfectly for about a week and is now back to switching itself off and freezing. I know that i am not the only person who has had the same problems with this phone. The only good thing about this phone is the MP3 player which I have found to work fine (when the phone actually switches on, that is). Overall I really don't recommend this phone as i have spent more time trying to get the phone to work than actually using it.

Make sure you drag your mp3 files into your music folder that could be one of the errors people sometime have because i don't think you can copy and paste them in. Also if your sure they're on the phone when you togo your media section and then mp3 goto options then edit playlist your list of songs will then show up, if you still don't see them on your phone thiers a possability that your card may have corrupted, if knocked or dropped or even dragged along a soft surface the data part of the card can be damaged slightly.

the adaptor is used to enable you to use a mini sd card in a normal sd card reader. A SD card reader will most likely need to be purchased separetly.

I dunno about the new X3 packs but the old ones only had the 32MB mini sd card with no adaptor. The difference between a mini sd and a sd card is the physical size.

I think that it is a good phone however, wen all the memory is full, the phone does slow down. Th only thing that annoys me is the quality of the camera and video. They say 1.3mp and wen i compare pictures and movies from nokia 6230 (1mp camera) the nokias are far better, n how can i get the areial off so that i can get a stuuby on ??? email bk plz with ur opions

I've wrote alot about this phone, I'm posting throguh my experience, and no problems at all except i have one little niggle at the phone. I you want to upload your videos to your computer it looks like you can only upload the top 3 quality videos only with no sound whcih is abit of a bummer if your at a gig and u want to catch some quite high quality videos with sound. The only one you get one in is the call id setting which is the tiny screen one. If i'm wrong on this please someone tell me cause i'd love to be able to upload a good video that has sound on it. It plays the sound on the phone so why not on the computer????

The phone is great the video capture is great the camera can be under par but usually good. I'm happy with it as are most people. I also read both bad a good reviews but i decided to buy the phone anyway im glad i did. Mini sd cards are great easy to cary about due to size and dnt add extra size to the phone. The phone does come with card reader but you can pick one up for around 13 quid. Get this phone its great.
