Joe, the phone's produced by BenQ, not o2... get your facts right, unknown who said "nick, i do have a 02x3, and why do you defend this phone is it because you are gutted as you have spent £200?, there is over 80 pages of slaging this phone off and still you think it is good, are you a 02x3 rep? this phone is only worth £50 as it is a very poor phone and most will tell you that, i was riped off buying this phone like so many others, and all i am saying is dont buy it as all you will get is a load of problems, and if you have not nick you are a lucky very lucky man" Thanks... i consider myself to be lucky, and cal, i'm trying to work out whats wrong but can u type in *#300# then press the call button and post here what it says? you will need a card reader and adaptor...from o2 or pc world...take the mem card out of the phone .insert into adaptor via usb port.....and he presto....download all your music
