must be a settings issue - you might have to phone o2 and get them to activate your wap or at least send you some new settings thought the ones you need should be on the phone already....

I have just got a new X3 because nobody at 02 could get my GPRS settings sorted.
I don't know what they have done but this phone is so much better. The camera takes 100 times better quality photos and it actually remembers the previous settings. The GPRS settings are already on it, set up. I would suggest everyone that isn't happy should complain and get the 'next generation' phone that I have been sent.

The Sony Ericsson S700 looks great but not available on payg 1.3mp cam too - bet it would be double the price of the X3 anyway!!

Since the X can receive ota settings you can use the following page on the o2 website to resend the settings - however only the o2 X1 is listed so i put in the nokia 7650 as phone as that supports ota settings - not sure if it will work or screwit up more but im past caring now !!

Heres the picon thing i detailed about thirty pages ago :)
Pay & Go customers can text PICON to 21400. This text costs the standard rate to send. Then follow the instructions on the reply message. You will be asked to activate your new settings by selecting the letter that corresponds to the make of your handset and texting that to 2020, for example, Nokia is the letter A so text A to 2020

Thing is the K700 isn't even comparable. Sure it's an MP3 player but without the expansion slot it's worthless in this respect. The camera is marginally better, but, if you want decent photos I'd suggest you get a.......wait for it.........camera
