Nath, you'll have to use the SD card with your PC to transfer mm files. I'm guessing this is because it'd take soooooooooo long with the supplied cable.

anyone else got the mms problem - you buy the phone and mms works then about a week later it does not send them despite you geting the sent ok message - if your on payg you will notice your credit does not drop - others must have this like me and khalid??

To Khalid - I'm sure I read a post somewhere about you having to text Picon to a mobile short code, then you'll receive a conf message from O2. Can't find the post now tho - anyone else?

To all those who are moaning 'cos you can't transfer MPEG4/MP3 via the USB cable - do you realise how long this would take anyway????????? Bloody ages.

im at a loss (like you) as to what the problem could be ????
I have two numbers (both payg) and like you when I get the phone it sends mms fine then around a week later it does not send them on - ITS DOING MY HEAD IN NOW :(

Not sure why some MP3's dont work. I got a 256 SD card and the majority of MP3's I put on their work however sometimes some of them dont. Have no idea why. Same with MPEG4 Videos. Some of the ones I put on my SD card dont work on the X3.

Surely I cant be the only one suffering with this problem. I've now had 7 X3's. Each one after 4 or 5 days decides no-one will recieve a MMS message from me. Phone wil say its sent however it doesnt arrive. even try sending it to myself and it doesnt arrive. O2 data Support team aint got a clue why this is happening and just say "I think u should get another model". Really pissed with my X3 at moment and dont really wanna keep exchanging them however their aint no phone out their at moment which has a memory card slot, MP3, video and less than £300

I got this phone yesterday after being recommended it by a n OK rep. It is very very poor. The GUI is badly desinged and much slower than my previous phones, the camera is terrible- no where near 1.3 MP. The flash is essentially a white led that does nothing. The keys are terribly laid out, etc.

                                Avoid.

have not yet tried mp3's - perhaps it's different bitrates that is causing the problem? Otherwise not sure what the problem might be...
