I bought XDA II from Hong Kong in August 2004. It is a good machine. But in my XDA II, RAM is 128MB, ROM is 32 MB not 64 MB. How can I change it?
Thinking of getting either XDA2 or P900.
Can someone enlighten me by telling me whiCh wan is better?
In terms of range of third party software avialable in the market. Reliability.
And maybe the pros and conx for each phone.

I am using a XDA 2. Its the best PDA phone that i ever used i like the feature of this phone. It has more things that are in the box than other phone makers. It has many free softwares And almost all games are compatible with it. You can play MP3 watch movies and do lots more. If anyone wants the best PDA phone XDA 2 is the right choice it is worth all your money.
Muneer, I think that you should try totally exhausting your battery and then charging it fully. May help...
Gromad, I'm not certain with the XDA II but on my iPaq the blue flashing light means Bluetooth is active.
While I'm here, can anyone who has made the switch from owning a separate PDA & phone to the XDA or equivalent tell me if it's worth it? I can't do without PDAs but I'm not sure if I want it to be my phone as well cos of the bulk.
It's upgrade time and it's either time to go to an XDA II or SE K700 and keep my iPaq.
Any optinions I'd be pleased to here.
cool lookin. looks way bigger in the picture than it does in real life.
I'm using xda-ii which is also called i-mate (www.clubimate.com) and it was the worst phone I ever used in my life, because:
- needs to be updated from time to time like updating a pc from windows 2000 to windows xp.
- should be reseted each 2 - 3 days.
- lots of bugs which I reported to i-mate website.
can anyone help? i have been given the xda II by my dad and has yet to send me the instructions, a blue flashing light has appeared, what is this?
I think this is one of the best phones i've used, hoping that you bring out a newer version.
I just bought my XDA II but my battery doesn't even last the whole day even though I don't use it extensively. Any ideas?
My XDA II sometimes displays a weird symbol for a second or so on the top of the screen, is there a list of symbols I can refer to so that I can understand it.
i think this phone is the best of all phone out there and think a bout instead carring palm and phone at the same i think that is one of my dream for long time.
I've been looking for a phone that will be my dream come true in terms of communication but to no avail...the advent of O2XDA II rejuvenated my desires and I believe my search is over!
This is a sort of phone you would expect in a James Bond Movie. It is really good. I have all my important files on it. It is simply GREAT!!!!!!!!!
