The next major software update to the One M9, which was unveiled by HTC at this year's Mobile World Congress in March and went on sale a few weeks later, will bring some interesting new features, according to HTC ROM developer LlabTooFeR.

In a tweet sent out yesterday, LlabTooFeR said that the update (likely Android 5.1) will bring along Guest Mode - a feature that enables you to set up separate profiles for guests, allowing you to share your device without worrying about your personal stuff - as well as the ability to control the device's screen colour temperature.
There was, however, no word on exactly when the update would roll out. The news comes nearly a month after there were reports that the Android 5.1 update for the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge will bring Guest Mode. That update is expected to arrive next month.Via 1 | Via 2
