OnePlus Android Rumors

A couple of months ago, a tipster claimed that the OnePlus 12 would be launched in China in December 2023. While OnePlus hasn't divulged anything about the OnePlus 12 yet, tipster Max Jambor has backed the claim of the OnePlus 12's December launch in China.

However, that doesn't necessarily mean that OnePlus 12's international debut will also happen in December. It could be released for the global markets a few weeks or months after the China launch.

The OnePlus 12 is rumored to come with the yet-to-be-announced Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, a 6.7" 120Hz QHD+ OLED display, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 100W or 150W fast charging. Its selfie camera is said to use a 32MP sensor, while the camera setup on the rear will be a combination of 50MP primary, 50MP ultrawide, and 64MP periscope units.

Why? Why should 6000mAh batteries be the norm, for what exact purpose?! Some of you may not be old enough to recall feature phones running J2ME/MIDP apps with only 400-600mAh batteries - of course tiny screens and only having Bluetooth. But man...

That camera island makes them unique alright - uniquely bad. I could tolerate 10 Pro's, but this one like the 11 just screams ugly oml
