There is such a poor customer service response from this company. I paid my hard earned money to purchase one of your One Plus Two handsets. The handset I got was in my opinion defective.
There were areas of the screen that were non responsive. The phone would also on its own shut down, although fully charged, and take 15-30 minutes before I could reboot the phone.
I wanted a refund, but the person I chatted with on their online chat told me I would have to do some trouble shooting (which I did) before I could get referred to the team that does refunds. I after doing the troubleshooting then contacted the company back which happened to be on the 16th day and was told flat out no refund because I was 1 day late to request a refund.
Eventually after several exchanges (and the initial contact from the person took over 30 days) someone named Yoyo authorized what I thought would be a repair/return. I sent in the phone, the phone comes back looking like someone just wrapped it in plastic and sent it back. There was no explanation what happened with the phone. I have e-mailed this Yoyo to ask first for a status update on the return (no answer) and requesting to know what happened with the phone. Is it a new phone, if it was the old phone what steps were taken with the phone. Silence for this entire week, no answer.
If this is the same phone, I do not see how there can be any repairs done because the only possible repair would be to reflash a new operating system. However, the updated Oxygen was out when they would have supposedly repaired the phone and it needed to update. I do not believe anything at all was done to fix this phone.
To top it all off, the phone still has non responsive areas on the screen. This company has stolen my hard earned money. They will not stand behind their product. You get run arounds and shuffled from one person to another, all the time being lied to.
If you are a consumer, stay away from this company. They are liars who make sub par equipment. If the phone I got was a one off bad piece of hardware, then they certainly will not stand behind their product

No option to creat contact group which is basic requirement n badly needed for me. How does it is called flagship killer? Disappointing....

The charging speed is to slow from the charger
And I got the message for my mobile
The charger is to low
Please replace your charger
The battery life has been declined after the new oxygen 2.2.1 update and the charging speed has been also to slow

My OPT hangs atleast once a week. The wallpaper reverts to factory original every time the phone hangs. Some time it heats up. I never had any problem with my Moto G for almost 3 years. OPT configuration is great. But the software is very bad...it lags, hangs and resets most of the options.

As you can see in the other comment I posted here, I opened a ticket with them more than one month ago and now I'm at the point where they are simply ignoring me. You never know the importance of customer support until you deal with such a company that is only interested in making the first sale and after that ignores any issue the customers might have.
I own a OnePlus Two and I recommend you to avoid this phone, it is not worth it. Even if it seems cheap for its specs you will most likely find out that their customer support (or lack of) is the reason why.
If you will research it even a bit you will see that even the Wikipedia page about the company states this.
I opened a ticket more than one month ago and at the moment I am just being ignored. Simply ignored. At first they did reply, but only to ask meaningless questions. Now the last 6 messages are all mine, with no answer from them, I opened a different ticket to ask about the status of the first one and also nothing.
I wish at least one of the sites that reviewed this phone would have mentioned this and maybe I would have avoided it. It seems that it's pretty common knowledge, but I found out when it was too late.
I just download google launcher with android 6.0 app drawer very smooth then oxygen launcher
