Whats the point in spending a fortune when the average longevity of a smartphone is hardly more than 2 years, nowadays
Also, specs are only marginally better than OP3, at least on paper
About the display, yes its better than OP3, but how often do we use VR ? Not regularly I believe
The OP3 camera is decent, according to the reviews, so unless you are a pro , won't make much of a difference
Audio quality, hardly differential
Expandable memory, maybe you need that with a 16/32GB , but not with 64GB I guess
Water resistance, wireless charging, not dealbreakers, plus the dash charging is really fast
So, I don't think its wise to spend such amount on a premium phone in today's times, unles its gonna last for at least more than 2 years!

Also, the reason why apps reload is because they are aggressively kicked out of memory after a while
Looks like OP is trying to address these issues in an upcoming OTA
JeriXuz, 23 Jun 2016Same here bud. Are you from US? I'm still thinking about op3 or s7 egde. I can buy them right ... moreIf you can easily afford S7 edge, go for it. Not just the higher screen dpi which is better for VR headsets, but it has one of the best cameras even among Galaxy series. Nothing else comes close to its camera performance. The audio quality also is stellar. Performance-wise, both are powerful. It also has expandable memory and is water resistant. It even has more sensors and wireless charging.
You are getting all this stuff for the premium that you are paying
[deleted post]If you think the seller at Lazada is shady, you might want to consider some other credible 3rd party online stores like Widget City. You may want to follow Kim Store or Hot Gadgets if they'll ever put it up on sale. They offer free delivery or pick-up options, iirc at least one of them offers Cash-on-Delivery too
DON, 23 Jun 2016oneplus 3 dont think F1 plus no where near the one plus 3. Go get the one plus 3. Processing power and ram are enough to make a difference between them.

Anonymous, 23 Jun 2016Guys when will this phone launch in malaysia and what will the price be in malaysia???11th Street =RM1899
DirectD = RM1999
Just saw GSMA's PaV samples for this phone. I must say it was a mix of awe's and aw's and one I found comparably closer to the quality of Nexus 5X's, Moto X Force's, Note 4's, and S7 Duo's PaV samples
aaquib, 23 Jun 2016Im really confused seeing all the reviews on all sites..every one says that its a good phone i... moreIt really depends on your preferences. The screen looks fine to my eyes so far (after about 2 full days with the phone). It may not be the most accurate colours, so if you need to do professional photo touch-ups or graphic design work on your phone, it's probably not a great choice, but I think for many (most?) people, it will look fine or even quite good.
The RAM management I guess is an issue. Again it depends what and how many apps you want to have open at once. I've seen it re-load Feedly on me a few times, but that could be an application quirk as that's the only one I've really noticed it on so far. I routinely have one or more chat apps (Textra (SMS), BBM, WhatsApp, Slack), Fenix (for Twitter), Feedly, Chrome, Gmail app, 9 (another email app I use for work emails) or some subset of those open pretty much all the time. I think it's a bigger issue if you want to load some of the larger games and still be able to swap out to other apps to do things and swap back without reloading.
The other thing to consider is that there is an OTA update coming (no idea when) that will address both of these issues you have called out.
In the end, it's up to you and your preferences/priorities, but to me, the phone is pretty hard to beat for value.

Click on the plus icon next to "Add bill/document"

Many people think the 1080p screen and a 3000 mAh battery is a backwards step for 2016 but OnePlus have built the phone using the parts they think are best suited to the phone rather than just chucking all the best components together.

maybe you are rich enough to buy a smartphone in today's times which is anyways gonna be replaced in a few years by something better, but not everybody is :)
JeriXuz, 23 Jun 2016Same here bud. Are you from US? I'm still thinking about op3 or s7 egde. I can buy them right ... moreI'm pretty sure S7 is just the best phone right now. If you don't have a reason to not buy S7, you should just get it. If you don't want Android, get an iPhone. If you don't want to pay almost a thousand dollars for one of those 2, OP3 is a great budged option.

I can buy them right ... moreIm from india..but if u have a s7 edge in ur mind..just dont waist ur time..s7 edge is a beast of the beasts..no phone can defeat s7 edge in its speed and multitasking(all benchmarks are fake.).op3 stands no where near it..believe me..even s7 plays xtremely good role for VR too due to higher ppi.if i were u,would have choosen s7 edge in an instant..its just about my budget why im thinking about op3..lol
