I am a user of OP3T and I am more than satisfied with mine. My dream OP phone should be like OP3T. Stick to it's design. Put the most powerful yet energy safer chip. 8GB RAM is more than enough. Increase battery capacity even if it make phone some mm thicker. Increase memory. Add IR blaster to play around with remote control. Apply something in the screen to avoid fingerprints, smears and smudge. Make it anti dust and water proof a little bit. For camera, focus on how to capture moments in the dark. That's my phone...
Just bought one today from Amazon.....6gb version and my God the phone is like he'll...... blazing fast....suoerb camera and premium design looks. This is 1st time I have got an One Plus phone. Can anyone tell me about the music player for it coz it does not have an in built music player.....About the phone performance, it's really blazing fast and UI is smooth also....go for it....worth a buy......Cheers !!!
Various reviews give it a negative on the camera.
They went cheap this time, skipped the optical image stabilization (HARDWARE) and went with a faster lens, faster ISO/shutter speed to hopefully make the images sharper (plus software tricks you can bet). The problem is, NOTHING can be a hardware OIS.
And, if you like to take video, there will be "the shakes".
Check out their own website comments boards. As with any Oppo phone, they are having a BUNCH of software problems.
If you really want one of these, and can wait, give yourself at least a month for them to patch some of the bugs. The first couple of batches of anything that Oppo makes for OnePlus is usually full of headaches.
Duckduckgo, 29 Jun 2017I respect your opinion brother but 1+5 is not available in my country.... Man www.oneplus.net and purchase there.
For you for example if i order from their site i will pay 499 for their phone.
But if i order from casual shop in my country i will pay between 600 to 800 eur for a same phone.
So order from their site you will get your delivery straight to your home and you are good to go.
Anonymous, 29 Jun 2017Sorry but I stopped at the you " like to carry a beast with you". Very disturbing image.
Agai... moreMan you are so funny but OP5 is a real beast.
Where Samsung 8 or Iphone 7 are like a precious necklace which you like to show you have. But then you are to worry if someone rob you on streets.
Duckduckgo, 29 Jun 2017Yea you cant compare a flagship killer and a flagship s8 is in a different leagueMan 128 GB is more than enoguh so S8 is definitely worse.
Having an SD card slot for 300 or 400 extra bucks for plus version is a lot expensive and only a jackass wont see this difference
Anonymous, 29 Jun 2017Search for "OnePlus 5 Without Volume Button Allegedly Sold in India". Of course a pinch of sa... moreThank you. I couldn't find it either thanks to "the big guys". Nothing's perfect, but why only a certain market? I don't doubt it but that's just not right. I hope that those problems go away.
Duckduckgo, 29 Jun 2017If there is no OIS ther should be solid EIS Like Pixel but this phone's EIS is ver poor
This... moreMan i tell you just one thing buy it and you wont ever get any other phone.Because you will understand its just waste of money.
And if you are rich enough get Vertu and forget this greedy companies like Samsung Sony Apple etc
PKM1, 29 Jun 2017It doesn't have a SD card slot too. S8 is definitely better.Yea you cant compare a flagship killer and a flagship s8 is in a different league
Cpt. Power, 29 Jun 2017OIS its just an useless thing in phone.
Like 4K display in Sony.
On such a small screen hu... moreIf there is no OIS ther should be solid EIS Like Pixel but this phone's EIS is ver poor
This phone is not overall beast lacks main things
gavrilos208, 29 Jun 2017is it worth to buy the 8gb rather than the 6I'd do it more for the storage than for the RAM, but what people forget is that basically all high end phones are pretty overkill as they come out. Other than maybe gaming, there is hardly enough use for all that power a brand new flagship has.
However, 2 years down the line that "overkill" power is what keeps the phone from becoming an unusable pile of crap as the OS updates more and more and becomes heavier and apps and games start demanding more, etc.
1 week and day in with the OnePlus 5 today.
I was really worried of the big size, but I'm getting used to it. Really happy with the phone!
Springleafy, 28 Jun 2017Because.... it doesn't come at a price like the iPhone, Samsung or HTC phones do. This is OneP... moreactually with the bluetooth profile of OP5 it should cut out , it has an amazing array of profiles near most everyday bluetooth devices, and these everyday devices are already usable notwithstanding they do cut out occasionally
Duckduckgo, 29 Jun 2017Brother you cant compare 1+5 with s8
One plus does not even have OIS so how come it is a bea... moreOIS its just an useless thing in phone.
Like 4K display in Sony.
On such a small screen human eye cant spot differences between full hd and 4K so its useless and good
only for quick battery drain. OIS its simmilar.
So this is a beast. for a reasonable price where you dont need to pay anything extra for an unwanted garbage.
