I don't know why are you guys bragging about the looks of OP5 with iphone 7 plus. Yes it has some resemblance with the placement of the dual cameras and it ends there. But the OP5 looks EXACTLY same as the oppo r11 both front and back, dual cameras and the materials used. Check it out. It makes sense as OnePlus's largest shareholder is oppo so they are not 'copying' anyone else's design. The oppo r11 is placed as a low-mid range phone and it's sad that op5 uses the same chassis. Op3 and op3t was looked far better imo.
AnonD-679400, 23 Jun 2017now it looks like the iPhone 7 plus which it looks cool but even apple has actually mad it hav... moreOne disadvantage for chinese phones is that they don't have IP65/68 certification for some weird reason
Anonymous, 23 Jun 2017All the improvements are nothing more than a gimmick (6gb ram is enough). And the snapdragon 8... moreWho needs such big 10000mah battery anyway? Thats a whole lot of battery that can explode your face. Why do u need such big battery tho? Don't tell me u watch some kind of "entertainment" for a lot of hours till ur so addicted to it
now it looks like the iPhone 7 plus which it looks cool but even apple has actually mad it have a IP67 rating and they one plus is lacking that as most phones like sony, apple and samsung are now waterproof up to 1.5 metres so with this new flagship they are missing a few things out
Anonymous, 23 Jun 2017All the improvements are nothing more than a gimmick (6gb ram is enough). And the snapdragon 8... moreI guess its only you who's being lazy to charge your phone... The 3300mah battery's backup is impressive and when it couples with dash charging which promises 0-60% in just 30 min it shouldn't be a problem... I own the oneplus 3 and I feel okay with the battery backup... 10000 mah battery... Why don't you buy a custom battery and attach it with your phone..
Anonymous, 23 Jun 2017Ok,maybe none of your friends has made an iPhone joke till now but if you tell me that they di... moreSure I noticed it, but what's the big deal? It's not like the iPhone 7+ looks in any way that original to begin with. It's just a back cover that is 95% empty space, and the 5% is occupied by the dual cameras in both phones and the logos. Logo is different, so that leaves us with the double camera looking alike :D Sure there's a few different ways to do that, but I can't recall people bitching about camera modules looking too similar before.
I would never buy an iPhone for myself, but it doesn't really have anything to do with the looks. I don't see why people care so much about the resemblance, seeing how much these devices resemble each other to begin with. I don't buy phones to look like a special snowflake.
AnonD-295423, 23 Jun 2017This is a totally copy of iPhone 7plus design. Making Indians foolish Why copy and sell So you think iphone it's a phone ?!?.. =))
Anonymous, 23 Jun 2017All the improvements are nothing more than a gimmick (6gb ram is enough). And the snapdragon 8... moreYoure battery 10.000 mah will make the phone over 200 grams. That's Bad. Real Bad.
This is a totally copy of iPhone 7plus design.
Making Indians foolish
Why copy and sell
No expandbke storge is big disappointment.
Just 3300 mah battery and coupled with 2 giant camera.
Massive rear camera can drop juice upto 10% on just couple of shots.
This one is a big disappointment, now waiting for OnePlus 5t with better camera and battery performance which will be coming soon. I am happy with my Moto Z Play which has an excellent battery life and good camera at par with OP 5.
Why make a phone with no OIS on rear camera? 3T does even better than this phone! absolutely waste of phone but good specs but no OIS, it a no and waste of money
sorry i will buy 3T.
what will the price be the phone would be a really good birthday present
All the improvements are nothing more than a gimmick (6gb ram is enough). And the snapdragon 835 loads web pages a bit faster than 820/821. BUT HOW ABOUT making a phone 1cm thick instead, and put 10,000 mAh battery in it? Or at least make 2 versions, one a thin one with a typical 3,000-3,500 mAh battery and one thick one with 10, 000 mAh battery?
I guarantee that more than 50% of male population will buy a thick phone version with a large battery. It's 2017 already and we are still forced to buy portable batteries or battery cases!
