Repair is laughable. This is the 3nd time I have to send in a phone for battery issues. The process is even harder when the Supervisor speaks so quickly I cannot understand much of the conversation. The VOIP used at the service center is also so poor, I had to call back 3X before I could work with them.

Nice to see that the Google Phone app now works on Oneplus phones. It's better than the one that comes installed.

Don't buy one plus brand phone , now a days lot of complaints are coming, after purchasing of 3 month sim slots not working and went service center and they replaced the sim port and later faced connectivity problem of phone with sim. and lot people have the same issue related sim port complaint.

You got premium features like waterproof and dust proof also got a good quality akg earphone in the box worth 6500 inr and one ui is very very comfortable. You got a wireless charging feature.
