But with a reset, my mobile is perfect. I have SOT with more than 6.5 hrs with gaming. Try resetting
great phone in all aspects, except that im disappointed that oneplus is not supporting 5G in UAE though my model and my carrier support the same 5G band, and only needs some software modification, that can be solved by an update.

I use OP8 (not pro) with 90Hz , BT, WiFi off, Location off. I easily get 6.5-8.5hr SoT (I don't game). I think you better reset your phone once.

Can someone tell me will oneplus 8 can be use till 4 more year because am not the type to change it once a while you know and am an iphone user just switching from 7 is android gonna be used over 4 year am using the 7 for 4 year but its have many damage problem but still run smoothly
OnePlus 8 isn't worth it anymore. Spend a couple extra bucks and get the 8T. It is totally worth the deal.
It has a better flat 120Hz AMOLED display. 4500mAh battery with 65W charging. Specially, the 8T will get one extra Android update than the OnePlus 8, as 8T comes with Android 11 out of the box.
owned galaxy note10+,hauwei p30 pro, samsung s10 lite, xiaomi note10 pro....and was too between m10 and oneplus 8-if not I would tried to mi10 pro or ultra. Final words by user daily life oneplus 8 is better than any phone-camera not great but find it very promising. if camera is a situation you must go for m10 pro or ultra- also huawei p40pro+ by satisfaction....mi10 is nota good camera phone also oneplus 8 too ...sound is great-screen brightness outdoors great, video stabilization great, music playing with bluetooth tws that has aptx hd-qualcam chip is great.....battery is great too-loudness is great too....if you will find 12/256 by the pricce under 500 bucks is great too.
I am thinking of getting a new new phone. Currently using a S8 Plus Exynos variant.
My current are OP8, OP7T Pro and Redmi K30 Pro Zoom.
I would like my new phone to have a better camera overall.
In my country, OP8 and OP7T Pro is priced almost the same. The Redmi is way cheaper though and I heard that it packs a great set of camera. What do you guys think?

I multitask a lot and play PUBGM in 90fps and have no issues but it gets little warm to the touch(probably because of the weather conditions here in chennai 32°C+) .The haptic feedback is exceptionally good, its strong and very precise its better than the 7T and closer to that of iPhone 11 in my experience. Stereo speakers is awesome as well very loud and clear but the sound from the ear piece is ever so slightly lower compared to 7T don't get me wrong its very loud and balanced with the bottom firing speaker but when i put it side by side with 7T i notice it. Go for it over 7T if ur going to hold onto the phone for at least 3 years 5G might come to India by that time(just guessing). 8T is obviously going to be the better phone but the price is mostly going to be 45k+ for the base variant but still wait for 8T release and if 8-9k matters to u, go for 8 u wont be disappointed :)

Also wanted to know about the haptic feedback, stereo speaker and battery back of this phone. I am mostly a multimedia user. So can I consider this over XR and one plus 7t in 37k. Was just bit skeptical. One plus 8t would be priced more so doesnt make sense.

Getting this phone over a XR is totally based on your usage bro, if camera is not ur no 1 priority and u want a great overall android phone at this price point u can definitely go with this bro u wont be disappointed
Manu, 07 Oct 2020Hi everyone. Planning to buy this phone. Just wanted to know does it have any accidental touch... moreNo brother, Its a perfect curve.... atleast in my usage as i use my phone with a case on, I have faced zero touch issues so far and i have been the phone for over a month now
Hi everyone. Planning to buy this phone. Just wanted to know does it have any accidental touch issue like many user's complain in a curved display. Also how is the connectivity or sound quality with apple airpods if anyone has tested. Can I consider this phone over iphone XR
Anonymous, 02 Oct 2020So oneplus 8 or oneplus 7t pro?Depends on what you want... raw speed and battery life the oneplus 8 is better. Camera wise they're pretty much the same. Oneplus 7t has a better quality display and no holepunch cut out for the selfie camera which looks great! Both will run all apps and games at top spec for the next 2 years but oneplus 8 will most likely receive updates more often. Therefore the biggest difference is the snapdragon 865 chip (faster and newer) in the oneplus 8 opposed to the 855+ chip in the 7tpro which is still good but not as good as the 8. Bascially choose whichever one you prefer the look and design off :D
So oneplus 8 or oneplus 7t pro?
Its aperture 1.7, not 1.8...
