No green dot to see messages received, finger print recog fails continuously, internet is very slow, messages sometimes slow to send and receive. They even disbanded the photochrome facility. Came on board for the oneplus3T and waited for the 8 but now regret purchase, way too expensive and a waste of money. All in the family very disappointed and one plus have now lost our future custom

ABDULLAH , 17 Jul 2020I should buy OnePlus 8pro or IphoneYou should get the one plus 8 pro if you have been using android all the time, otherwise get the I phone if you're used to the ios. It can be hard to switch for some. One Plus 8 pro offers amazing features like wireless charging and reverse charging. It has faster-charging speed and way more battery capacity than the 11 max pro. The 11 max pro of course has the infinity screen and has the "apple perk" which means that if you use apple devices like an I watch or airpods the I phone is the best option because you can then connect all your devices which is extremely useful.

Don't waste your money on this phone, duel sim still isn't working and never did evidently. They took out Photo chrome which is a bad sign anytime they start taking things out of phones and customer service is shit. The phone just has issues and alot of them and you will hate that beveled screen makes colors look funky.

OnePlus 8 pro shd ve had 90Hz and 120Hz refresh rate and not 60Hz ........ 7t pro had 60Hz and 90Hz, the upgrade shd ve been 90Hz and 120Hz. My humble opinion.
