Worst phone ever. You can't use this as a normal phone. You can answer phones only after 3-5 seconds. You can accidentally dismiss call by cheeks because the display is always active on a call. Sometimes you can't even write a message from a Facebook messenger app. Don't waste your money on this brick.
I bought Oneplus 9 Pro recently and I literally feel they should change their mission to "Oneplus- Never Settles" as opposed to "Never Settle".
The phone is just dead most of the time and it hangs so badly that I dont know how to bring it back to life. Major mistake of buying this phone. Loss of money for sure.

After using 1+Nord for about 1 year and 3 months, before updated to android 11 it was working perfectly with android 10 of good battery life and buttery smooth. Android 11 has ruined its flowless performance many bugs suck more Oxygen like camera lags while scrolling photos, overheating on data use not wifi and abnormal systym layout so strange and lastly battery drains quickly. My suggestion is that software update is not necessary , better stick with its built-in android OS for stable system and it doesn't need to be upgraded. This usually happened not only to OnePlus but for all android brands.
Last Oneplus I'll ever have....
I've had Oneplus one, X, 5 and Nord....
the first two worked great, the 5 had GPS signal issues and had to be factory replaced only to show the same issue 5 months later....
The NORD, great phone... cameras are amazing.... everything is great, when using wifi...
Once I'm outside and need Data... well apparently there is an Issue with a lot of Nords where even if you have perfect signal... 4g... the phone struggles to connect to the service provider...
All the apps that use Android Services won't work ... unless you turn of data and turn it on again.. even then It goes slow as hell...
They offered a factory return.. but last time they took a month... what phone am I to use?

Why does everyone praise this phone when the OnePlus Nord N10 is 2/3 of the price and have a headphone jack and SD expansion unlike this phone and otherwise is only a tiny downgrade in specs?

Hi Everyone, I Heard about ONEPLUS brand new phone i.e. one plus nord2 5G. I was so excited with the features 12GB RAM, 256GB memory and cost is only 35K. So I planned to purchase it. I ordered the phone on amazon and I received the phone on 1st September. After 3-4 days, I found the issue in the phone, The issue is "When you call to someone, During the call, the network signal from both the SIM suddenly get disappeared and the call get breaks and after 10-15 seconds the network appears again. I have faced the same issue multiple times, when you call to someone and during important conversation when the call get break, The person on the other side also get irritated. I called one plus service centre, They said to troubleshoot the phone and guided me few steps that I have followed and still got the same issue so I called them again. They asked me to bring the phone on service centre or send it by courier for repairing. I thought courier service would take lot of time, So I preferred to go to the service centre which is 110km from my home. I planned a travel in the weekdays and go to the service centre. I am from Khandwa(M.P) and the service centre is in Indore. I reached the service centre after 5 hours of travel. They asked me to take backup of items in phone and comeback after 3-4 hours, When I went back they said the issue is resolved, I was so relaxed, After 10 hours of travel in a day, It was so hectic. Finally I reached home at 1:00 AM. Next day I called through my phone and the same problem happened again. It was so frustrating and I had no idea, What to do now, I again called the one plus customer care, while calling customer care also the call got break, I was not able to talk to them properly. It was so frustrating to call them again and again and complaining the same issue. One day I sent an email also to the Europe region and explained them everything then I got a call from Bangalore region from customer care centre. While I was talking to them also and trying to explain my problem the call got break and I was not able to make call back to the same customer care number. I Handle lot of my work through phone and the primary feature of any phone is calling, If it is not working then there is no use of phone. I requested to customer care multiple times to replace it, they said they can't do it, Then I sent my phone through courier service on 26 October 2021 and then called the customer care to get updates of my phone, they said the repairing is in process, it will get back to me soon. Today also I called, now they are saying they haven't looked out the phone yet due to multiple holidays, The customer care people giving different answers Now, I don’t have any option other than waiting for my phone. I REQUEST TO THE PEOPLE WHO READ THIS POST, YOU MAY ALSO SUFFER THE PROBLEM THAT I AM FACING. I know that it happens with 5% customer but you may come under 5% people. PLEASE BE AWARE OF USING ONEPLUS BRAND PHONE. Thank you for reading this post.
