I had bought one plus nord on on 25.10.2020 with one plus care extension for two years. In the month of January 2022, I sent my mobile for servicing since there was issue with display. even after servicing, the problem existed. since I had slight set back I accepted the mobile. last week the display did not work and i sent the mobile for service. one of the service personnel asked me to remit a sum of Rs.10000/- plus since the warranty expired. without verifying the warranty details, the service personnel from Bangalore talked to me in an unpolite manner and disconnected the line during conversation. my mobile is in warranty till 24.10.2022. the quality of the service personnel has to be improved.

But only outer glass was cracked. My under display was fine. I changed the outer glass & I still use this phone. It's a samsung. Not all AMOLED or OLED are same.

great phone, does everything you need, never slow for me. only issue is fingerprint sensor is a bit unreliable

My main issue apart from the random hanging and fingerprint too, is the screen I've had to replace it 3 times, no cracks at all the first just became black the second the bottom half wasn't working and the third just became black also talk about durability!!!

Never Buy Oneplus Nord, I bought a oneplus Nord 12GB 256GB, Total Using 6 months, but Suddenly the phone power off, and i did try to open this phone but its not responding the screen, and i did try to reboot the phone still its not working, So my opinion never buy oneplus phone, otherwise your waste your money. and also one plus have so many bug and issue and problem. Thank you

I read many bad comments ! I truly do not understand ! This phone is totally very good ! I have no problem with it ! It is the US , Canada version and I am using it in the Philippines ! I will recommend it to everyone !

You can't even play a voice note on whatsapp without the phone freezing. It is slow and the phone keeps freezing. You can't use Microsoft teams on it without experiencing blank screen et al I hate this phone to the max.

# NEVER SETTLE FOR ONE PLUS NORD.
It sucks. When you click a Screenshot, an image appears on the screen for long time. You cannot see the screenshots by swiping across. Within a year of use, it hangs on so badly. It takes a long time for the call to be answered. I was using Samsung all along and I plan to go back to Samsung
