Why does everyone praise this phone when the OnePlus Nord N10 is 2/3 of the price and have a headphone jack and SD expansion unlike this phone and otherwise is only a tiny downgrade in specs?
Hi Everyone, I Heard about ONEPLUS brand new phone i.e. one plus nord2 5G. I was so excited with the features 12GB RAM, 256GB memory and cost is only 35K. So I planned to purchase it. I ordered the phone on amazon and I received the phone on 1st September. After 3-4 days, I found the issue in the phone, The issue is "When you call to someone, During the call, the network signal from both the SIM suddenly get disappeared and the call get breaks and after 10-15 seconds the network appears again. I have faced the same issue multiple times, when you call to someone and during important conversation when the call get break, The person on the other side also get irritated. I called one plus service centre, They said to troubleshoot the phone and guided me few steps that I have followed and still got the same issue so I called them again. They asked me to bring the phone on service centre or send it by courier for repairing. I thought courier service would take lot of time, So I preferred to go to the service centre which is 110km from my home. I planned a travel in the weekdays and go to the service centre. I am from Khandwa(M.P) and the service centre is in Indore. I reached the service centre after 5 hours of travel. They asked me to take backup of items in phone and comeback after 3-4 hours, When I went back they said the issue is resolved, I was so relaxed, After 10 hours of travel in a day, It was so hectic. Finally I reached home at 1:00 AM. Next day I called through my phone and the same problem happened again. It was so frustrating and I had no idea, What to do now, I again called the one plus customer care, while calling customer care also the call got break, I was not able to talk to them properly. It was so frustrating to call them again and again and complaining the same issue. One day I sent an email also to the Europe region and explained them everything then I got a call from Bangalore region from customer care centre. While I was talking to them also and trying to explain my problem the call got break and I was not able to make call back to the same customer care number. I Handle lot of my work through phone and the primary feature of any phone is calling, If it is not working then there is no use of phone. I requested to customer care multiple times to replace it, they said they can't do it, Then I sent my phone through courier service on 26 October 2021 and then called the customer care to get updates of my phone, they said the repairing is in process, it will get back to me soon. Today also I called, now they are saying they haven't looked out the phone yet due to multiple holidays, The customer care people giving different answers Now, I don’t have any option other than waiting for my phone. I REQUEST TO THE PEOPLE WHO READ THIS POST, YOU MAY ALSO SUFFER THE PROBLEM THAT I AM FACING. I know that it happens with 5% customer but you may come under 5% people. PLEASE BE AWARE OF USING ONEPLUS BRAND PHONE. Thank you for reading this post.

Heats up quickly when playing (Call of Duty Mobile). Peaks at around 42C if the graphics are set on the highest settings. speakers often bugs during a call, instead of playing the sounds from youtube or instagram on its main speakers, it plays from the earpiece during a call.
Don't waste your hard earned money. They have the worst after sale service. My one plus nord 2 screen broke within 1 month of purchase. And after submitting it for repair it has been 1 month anf I am still waiting for my phone to be delivered back to me. When I call the customer care and they are not able to give me the present status of my phone repair I ask them to transfer the call to some person in authority they totally reject my request and everyday tell me that the phone will be delivered today. I have been waiting for 1 month now. Just don't go for it.
Easily the worst phone what I`ve used in the last 20 years...Avoid it..On paper looks cool but IRL piece of garbage

Let me confirm,
I get charged 45% of battery in 30 minutes. It isn't what they sad "70% in 30 minutes".
How about you guys.

Hello, I bought this phone based on the good reviews everywhere. I dont usually write reviews but this time I am so disappointed with the make (Oneplus) that please dont buy these phones or believe the reviews. I have so many problems with the dark mode, the battery last half day, now sometimes freezers, the brightness, to look for folders in the pc... I am so fed up with it, that I am going to put it in the bin. The worst phone ever I had. The only good thing the fast charging. Read all the reviews about Oneplus before buying it. Thank you for reading. (such a waste of money)
So, I have been using the OnePlus Nord 128/8 for more than a year now and I have to say that I love this phone! For me, it does what it's supposed to do without problems! I use it mostly to play some games, browse the social media and take photos.. and it does those jobs without issues. Honestly, buy a Nord. But the first gen, not the crappy second gen.
I've been using Oneplus phones from last 5 years now and have not faced any major challenge. Worth investing on

So I have been using OnePlus Nord (12GB, 256GB model) for around 10 months now, so far my experience with this phone is good. The battery life on this phone can last 1 day, or half a day if you are a heavy user. I read from comments there is a lot of people experiencing network problems, but none of these problems happened to me once.
The phone does get a bit hot when watching Youtube videos, but then I am watching while using Bluetooth paired with my OnePlus Buds, so your mileage may vary.
When playing heavy games it will become hot, especially when playing with data and under the hot sun to the point where the phone will start to thermal throttle. To me, this is fine because I don't play games much, and during this pandemic, pretty much most of the time I am staying inside my house and use Wi-Fi instead.
The OxygenOS in this phone is good, nice looking, clean, and has very little bloatware (except the Netflix app is pre-installed and you can't uninstall it). The camera is okay I guess, nothing impressive and gets the job done. The 6.44 inch 90hz screen is amazing, the 90hz smoothness is so good that I don't even bother switching back to 60hz, even by switching to 60hz I get better battery life.
