#need curve display.
I can get a lot more higher stages Phone with cheaper price!!! Antutu benchmark for the higher stages Phone score 520443 nearly beat the iPhone 11 Pro Max score 525823 !!! With the best Android chipset MediaTek Dimensity 1000Plus , and the phone is Vivo IQOO Z1 !!!
Functionality wise they both are neck and neck. So, Realme chips in here for budget offer.
But Nord has better display, camera, build quality, polished software experience. If you are not too tightened up in budget, it is worth to go for it.
Ugly and useless dual punch hole cameras on the front, just UFS2.1 and that 2019 design form.
Anonymous, 21 Jul 2020OnePlus ditched 3.5 jack long time ago.. Expandable storage is long gone.. I would rather ... moreDitching something doesn't mean they can't bring back the feature if it is useful.
Ozman, 21 Jul 2020OP8 has SD865 which is capable to record 4k 60fps. Nord has SD765 which is capable to record &... moreMy bad, by hardware I mean Cam lens specs, should have looked into chip spec before posting, which is responsible for image processing.
A little bit overprice compare to Poco F2 Pro (SD 865, UFS 3.1, 64MP main camera but no OIS, 4700 maH battery, about USD 30 higher than Nord, headphone jack, no Notch, 163 mm / 6,67 inch, and standard refresh rate).
But when it compares to LG Velvet (167 mm / 6,8 inch, standard refresh rate, same CPU, almost same memory configuration, only 3 rear camera with no OIS on 48MP main camera, stereo speaker and headphone jack, 4300 maH battery, but more than USD 300 higher than Nord), then this phone win easily...
Can record 4k 30 fps with rear camera or???
One plus doesn't give micro card slot for expanded storage that way should to i buy one plus Mobile.

NehVi, 22 Jul 2020Hello!
I'm looking to buy a new phone, and I'm torn between this one and Realme 6 P... moreRealne X2 Pro. You don't need Half baked 5G, a 90hz display that is bad because the chip can't keep up, Macro and Depth camera.
Realme X2 Pro has better charging, build quality, stereo speakers, headphone jack, cameras, screen, and performance. But you lose the 5G and ultrawide selfie cam. Pick the X2 Pro
No word excellent specification reasonable price great movement oneplus next destination under 20K
The ads to hype up this Nord certainly made this smartphone very popular. But some people is disappointed with the specs, i can understand that. TBH, i'm also eagerly waiting for this phone to launch, seen the live AR launch yesterday by another reviewer, and watch the hands on unboxing, to decide whether this phone would be my next phone. IMO, it's almost the perfect midranger, just like everyone else.
Cons, no expandable storage, no 3.5mm jack and pill shaped front camera (i think those 3 are what most people disappointed with the phone).
Pros, 5G, OIS camera, smooth 90hz display, almost stock Android experience, AMOLED (screen burn in? anyone?).
Was guessing the price would be $350 for the 8/128gb version (to compete with the iPhone SE 2020), but it came out as RS27999 (roughly translates to $380 and the rough estimated price would be RM1799-2099.00 in Malaysia). In that price bracket, last year's SD855 flagship comes to mind. Yeah, 5G argument bla bla bla, IDK about other country, but i think our country is 5G ready yet in the next 2 or so years, especially in my place (even fiber internet takes years to be available here.) So there's that.
Don't get me wrong, for anyone that have the money and but don't want to dish out everything on a flagship 5G, this is still a good device to own (if you have the money for this, surely you can afford any decent TWS earphone, right?)
Lastly, i doubt my opinion matters, maybe i'm typing this because i'm one of those disappointed people. If there's no upcoming device that has more to offer (decently priced too, of course), maybe i still go for this Nord.
This is nice in a way tho', now i'm ready to be disappointed with the upcoming #whenwillitbeavailable? Pixel 4a. LMAO.
Disappointing, just another big ugly phone in the race
Realme X2 Pro is a much better option compared to this with 12GB RAM and SD855+ and Realme OS has got much better and closer to stock android with some useful overlays.
Anonymous, 22 Jul 2020Battery capacity too small for this era...Perhaps, but some people may then complain about the thickness or weight.
They simply can't satisfy everyone.
