I had this phone on test for 2 months with i dont care attitude and it worked amazing! Only bug that i noticed is surfing Chrome, what ever i did i couldnt fix that bug! Otherwise still amazing phone...

It is entirely wastage of money. After purchase of 3 months, its battery life is deteriorating. Then in 10th month, its display is out of order. Very less no. of service centre is available in kolkata. Customer support is not very good. Actually you can say this is not value for money phone

I have had OnePlus Nord about half year. Otherwise this is good phone, but I cannot accept that shortcuts dissappear. I'm using a lot of Chrome and FB groups shortcuts and randomly I will loose all of them. This has happened about five times. It's very frustrating to create them once again. I have contacted OnePlus Nord support and community, but no help. My next phone will not be OnePlus if they do not find the root cause. Other people seems to have same issue.

I have been using OnePlus Nord since 6 months , today I just updated the software after updating it is behaving very strange, the screen just goes blank by itself, google assistance pops up on its own,I am getting irritated by this update with in 4 hours of download,I don't know what to expect from this company

Since I'm using this phone from 7 months .This is totally waste of money if you buy this phone . Many problems you will find in this OnePlus Nord after update also .

Anonymous, 14 Jul 2021Go for samsung.This, as someone who decided to take a chance on a chinese phone I can tell you it is absolutely a mistake. I had one for less than a week and I had to return it because its performance was dreadful, it had more lag, crashes and problems than every other phone I have owned combined and the "customer support" was literally non existent.
These phones are cheap for a reason, the hardware is decent but they have god awful versions of android, full of bloatware and riddled top to bottom with bugs. Save yourself the stress and buy a reputable brand

Those of you planning to go in for the one plus nord please do pay attention to the negative reviews as when I bought the device I loved it and it was awesome but now just a week back my device was hanging like crazy. I never believed the negative reviews until now. Better to go in for a samsung or even a vivo.... I dont think that I will buy another oneplus ever again

few months back I have purchased 1 plus nord from first day it's not downloading anything and it is running very slow.hanging problem is from birth. i went to customer care for display problem is gone very very bad experience with one plus nordanord I went to 1+survice center they said me parts are not available for next 25 days.it is useless and horrible experience with 1+nord.
