OnePlus Android Announcement

OnePlus made a comeback to the mid-range segment last year with the OnePlus Nord, which is powered by the Snapdragon 765G SoC. Now the company has announced the OnePlus Nord LE.

The OnePlus Nord LE is the same phone as the regular Nord, meaning you get a Snapdragon 765G chip, 90Hz AMOLED screen, 48MP quad camera, and a 4,115 mAh battery with 30W charging. But, it's the color and finishes that differentiate the two phones.

OnePlus Nord LE announced - a smartphone you can't buy

The OnePlus Nord comes in Blue Marble, Gray Onyx, and Gray Ash color options, whereas the Nord LE "features a gradient that smoothly transitions from orange to green". Its rear panel also has a smooth finish instead of the Blue Marble and Gray Onyx models' glossy finish.

So how much does the OnePlus Nord LE cost, and when can you buy it? Well, you can't. The LE in Nord LE stands for Literally Only One Edition, and OnePlus has made only one unit of the smartphone. It won't be sold by the Chinese phone maker, so if you want the Nord LE, you'll have to try your luck by participating in OnePlus's giveaway. You can head this way for more details about the contest and over here for all the terms and conditions.

Because the design might come back with other name and internals. Maybe it will come as OP Nord Neo with SD 780G

Companies don't care about their geek niche audience once they switch to the consoooomer market.
