I bought this phone 2 days ago! 2016. This is really a great flagship phone. I also have a Sony Xperia Z5 Premium Dual but believe me I am liking my One Plus One more. I will keeping it until it stops working :)
bought this late 2014 still have it today, fantastic phone for the price, ill be keeping it until it stops working.
It's an awesome device I've ever bought. I did not trust any Chinese brand but this was a game changer. This 2014 flagship killer is still a great flagship considering it's regular software updates. The only thing i hate that it's automatic brightness is way to agrresive which may be a defect. But rest all great. Really proud to own this. OnePlus you rock!
Its a great phone. Nearly every spec is still great. The one huge problem in 2016 is the lack of LTE bands. I only get 4 on tmobile and it shows.
Bought oneplus 3 phone in uk from their website. Didnt arrived.With effort found that its stopped by customs in Poland - not sure why .Oneplus keeps asking me to speak to courier who keep charging me for calling premier rate line. Oneplus than promised to refund. One month gone no money in sight. Now they have even stopped answering emails and phone service keep saying that they are looking into it. Very bad experience.

I ordered One Plus 3 mobile on Aug 20,2016 and received product on 23-Aug-2016 and i'm facing hanging issue and network issue with the OS version 3.2.2 & 3.2.4. I don't know how come couple of user giving good feedback about this product as i'm facing hanging issue.
I spoke with the customer care and they are not responding properly and really i wasted my money.
Note: I would suggest please do not buy this mobile as i'm facing hanging issue.

I really wanted to get the one plus 3 after hearing and about how good it was and seeing a friend with one however I didn't for this reason: I order one from them and payed for first class 1-3 day shipping. When it didn't come after 5 working days I called them up to ask when it would be delivered. The person I spoke to was very rude and couldn't tell me anything about my order. I then asked to speak to a managerange. He said it would take up to 6 weeks for it to arrive and refused to give me a refund on my 1-3 day shipping ( also very rude). In the end I was so annoyed with the poor customer service, which didn't give me much trust in the product, I asked to cancel the order. He told me it would take 2 weekso to refund my money which I was not happy with and said he would not refund my postage. In the end I had to go to my bank and explain what has happened showing the emails and they returned my money in 24 hours. I'm not said anything about the product as from what I have seen it is great. BUT if you need your phone within a week or 2 and you want good customer service I would be weary.

One of the useless mobile I come across in my life. It is getting hot as soon as open more than 3 apps at a time. contacts are multiplying whenever you add a number, email or address. Battery discharge in six hour use.

hello, i am using one plus 3 from last one month. On 1st september in the morning it automatically switched off. there after i am continuously contacting to your support team but they are not responding properly. they are just saying that we will call you. In the evening of 1st september they said that we will contact you within 24 to 48 hours. so i called them today at 4pm dated 3 september and the lady who picked phone said that their team will call before 8 pm today. but i didn't receive any call, so i again called to customer care and had chat with Mr. Nitesh and he after putting my call on long hold said sorry we can not help you today one plus team will call tommorow and when i said to transfer my call to senior executive he denied. i didn't expect this kind of rude behaviour from one plus team. my phone is continuously off from last 3 days and one plus team is not ready to support. i regret that i bought one plus phone. i will not suggest anyone to buy this kind of BAKWAS phone
