I have One Plus One and it works excellent. I've used it for 5 months now and it just happened once for the software to freeze but recovered quickly.
AnonD-519215, 27 Mar 2016My daily driver on this moment. i have phone 2 years now and still love it.Same here, no phone has convinced me to switch yet (maybe the OP3) because it's just so darn reliable. Now if only they'd hurry the f**k up and release Marshmallow for it already.
One plus one phone is not the phone you want to get. It crashes most of the time.
My one plus one has been giving me problems.it started by the touch being active while I haven't touched it.when it happens, I have to reboot the phone before it stops.got to a time the phone goes blank with the nofication light blinking,other times doesn't blink but when my number is called,the phone doesn't ring.you hear my line going through on the other side.when it happens that way,I abandon the phone till the battery runs out.this sometimes takes over a week,depending on the battery life as at the time the blankness started.now the touch from half of the screen to the top doesnt work anymore.I haven't dropped the phone neither has it fall in water.

For an year you will continuously get new updates and then they will stop. Does that mean you won't buy any android mobile except for nexus?
One plus one mobile is good but their is no customs sevices provide by them they treat customer as if u they gave us mobile free of cost. No proper answer , don't have mobile parts in stock worst services provider one plus one is.
And this time I am very much up set solve my prob or els we will have to some thing against you company don't take it litely...
Please don't buy any of one plus product, because company is not sure when they will sell what division to other companies.
Example: Cynogen OS sold out, now being a OPO user i haven't received any OS update from past 6 months, I am completely unhappy with the service :(.
Mean time OP2 guys are receiving new updates.
The phone gets heated up. Keep on hanging very often. Processor working very slow most of the time. Not worth value for money. Got the phone in Nov15.

7 days ago, my oneplus one wouldn't turn on. It was fully charged but no sign of starting. I contacted Support, and went through a rigmarole with some helpful person, who could only ask was it fully charged, then that I should back it up fully. (Why have someone with so little skill here I don't know, though she was very helpful, it would have been better to have someone more knowledgeable). She upgraded the issue to the next level and suggested I make an appointment for an online review, (incidentally I did that and it is arranged for 2 days time). She gave me a series of files to download in advance. I was insistent about the urgency and she got someone to speak to me almost immediately.
So i opened a real time session with the next guy, and as soon as i say i'm using a macbook, he backs off. Says it must be returned to them. It seems they could have restarted it remotely if i had a windows pc. Note one of the files I downloaded seemed to be a driver to allow an apple pc to talk through a USB port to the phone. This guy never mentioned that!
Anyway, the next i get is a voucher and address label for the phone to be sent back by DHL. The address on the label is in Germany! I'm in England! So 2 days later DHL show up and pick up the phone!
I'm here 5 days later having been told just now it takes 5 to 7 days to process it for repair. Remember they told me it could be fixed online in 45 minutes! So I've had no phone for a week, my business is dependent on a phone, and i haven't talked to my kids in 10 days (they live in another country).
Now I love the phone. Its easy use, and has a great screen. I cannot give a technical review like others here but I like it, especially the price. Except for:
The pain I had transferring data from an iphone and the convenient links to my macbook.
Contacts: Some of my contacts didn't transfer. The phone wants to search google rather than the address book. So if I'm roaming, I cannot get some of my contacts. Inconvenient to say the least!
Photos: My photos don't automatically go to my laptop anymore! Some of my stored photos on my laptop have disappeared. I use Viber a lot. I get photos on Viber but cannot upload to my macbook.
Music: I use iTunes, I don't buy much music, and never online downloads. One of the problems i had with my iphone was that lack of storage for music. It was an iphone 4 and could only handle 100 to 125 songs. Not great out of my library of 7500. So I thought i would be able to get them onto my oneplus. I'm not sure, I think it's playing my music from my library but over the internet. I cannot see what's on the phone as it doesn't link to my macbook!
Support: Well I read about poor support but I liked the price enough to gamble on a new oneplus.
Well you've seen the story above. Am I happy? no! My biggest problem is not knowing what is happening or when and if I'll get my phone back.
My advice to potential buyers, is to consider the lack of linkage to macbook before mixing technology!
it has been December 2014, now the battery charge doesn't stay much, it gets heated up easily. Sometimes it gets very hot near the camera portion of the phone while playing steaming videos.
Network reception drops and sometimes no reception at all. have to switch off and on and even restart won't help. Camera shots have become saturated with too much single color and gets heated up easily while internet calls.

Home button stop to work, blurry camera. I finally get a replacement after a month without phone... just read my story in the comment I gave them when asked to rate my experience once my ticket was solved:
Very slow to get answers from support, many questions asked during the process that has never been answered, I had to post on twitter to get some news on my issue, I have been depraved for more then a month of my phone on repair, I had to file a complaint with my credit card provider to get a reimbursement and then I got a replacement from you.... The replacement was as brand new phone from the same batch ... hopefully it will be fine... for now it runs great.
Frankly the customer service was extremely disappointing especially when support didn't care to answer my questions, I considered this a profound lack of respect and this alone will make me think twice before buying a new OnePlus phone later or recommend this product to someone, although I love my OnePlus phone. As a businessman involve in IT services, a professional customer service is of utmost importance.
Hi All, my oneplus one is on latest cm12.1 official rom. Ever since updating from kitkat to lollipop i have found that the speaker volume to be quite low. For example in cm11s, even half the volume was sufficient but in cm12s and cm12.1 full volume is also comparatively low. Please help
