Service of 1+ is no at all satisfactory. Last more than 10 days I have calling at Hisar Center, they are not able to replace the trouch of this phone...
My one plus one sim not detected. so I went one plus one authorized service center and they inform me "your SIM slot is broken". only way to repair changing board. so they are asking 75% (14500) of phone cost for repairing my SIM slot. still got 6 months. warranty "I don't know why they give warranty" even still we need pay. I buy this phone at amazon.com. new phone itself cost 20000k only.
karim, 25 Nov 2015Can the battery be change or replaced?Unfortunately the battery can't be removed, it is glued in the case itself. Removing it may cause internal damage.
Hello to all
i am using One plus one from past 2 months and it's just awesome.
1) great battery backup
2) high resolution quality
3) great dual sound speaker
4) cyanogenmod (lollipop) is perfect
5)great camera quality (HDR Mode option is better )
if you are looking for buy this phone just take it.. hence its your choice .....
So I've been my OPO for a year now and it's running on kitkat 4.4.4 cyanogen 11.0-XNPH05Q...I upgraded it to lollipop and immediately regretted it as the battery life went way to low and the interface kinda sucked (at least to me) but that was way back in July...So my question is the performance of the latest lollipop version that I'm gonna get...and what are the pros and cons of the latest lollipop version.
Anonymous_42, 23 Nov 2015How is the BATTERY LIFE.....Please do tell??battery life isnt perfect but it's okey... It can last a whole day wiht 4-5 screen on time..
Anonymous_42, 23 Nov 2015How is the BATTERY LIFE.....Please do tell??I can't say -- I charge the battery every day. In order to preserve the life of the battery, I don't let the charge drop below 30 or 40 per cent (this is good practice for ALL smartphones). In my experience, however, a full charge will last a whole day of normal usage. You can drain the battery pretty quickly if you have the screen on all the time, e.g., watching movies, playing video games, etc.
