Think its gotta do with the phone gesture function. U can actually draw some sign like circle when the screen is off to activate an app. Maybe u can try to off the gesture function
I bought OPO last month for some time it was ok, But now I am facing one by one problems,
My phone when it was in pocket touch screen opens automatically, When I try to restart it will not support,,
What the hell is this phone built for....?
m alam, 20 Apr 2015Buy Lg g3.It's one of the best phone. No regret after buying.LOL what a good joke ! G3 has the worst battery life ever seen , the screen is from 2011 and it lags so bad . The Oneplus One makes the G3 look like a bad joke . So happy that I sold my G3 was the worst phone ever had !

Anonymous, 18 Apr 2015Why am I not able to enable data on OPO?? Pls help. tvintimilla says he is having the same issue. To get the data working he puts it into airplane mode for a few minutes then back. Good luck.
Hi guys.. I purchased oneplus one 2weeks back from india and got it updated to CM12 lollipop yesterday. The interface is amazing and nice and highly customizable. I find battery draining rapidly. Any1 facing similar problem? Whats the solution to this?? Plz reply

I brought one plus one phone in march.after in April it's touch button not support. It automatically open application and not support touch.so I tired all day from April. So I suggest don't bring this one plus one phone .touch is the problems I faced long time .

My honest answer is NO stay with an established phone like Samsung S6 or Iphone 6 see copy of the issues I had with my One Plus One below.
Currently, I am unsatisfied with my customer service especially since the person who took my initial request (John Jesus Figueroa) just stopped replying to my request for assistance. In turn, I was forwarded to another representative Ashint (One Plus One) who refused to assist me any further unless I took a few clear pictures of the device from all angles ( the front side , back side, left side , right side , the top and the bottom of your device). I was alright with this request until he requested that he also wanted me send us a picture of the back my One Plus One (without the battery cover). He stated that this was needed in order to see if I was covered under warranty. However, I had only been using my One Plus One for 3 months and to do this he sends me a YouTube link. I had to submit another request. Thankfully, Ivy (One Plus One) finally was able to understand what the previous representatives were unable to do along with the understanding that I did not have the technical expertise nor felt comfortable to essentially dissemble my phone in order to take a picture to see if I was covered under warranty. Since then, May (One Plus One) along with Ivy (One Plus One) has been wonderful in assisting me with my RMA request. However, since I have returned my One Plus to their warehouse, I have not received any updates as to when I would get the new one. I had to submit another request to inquire about the status. Also since I made this return for repair, I have been forced to go back to my previous (old) cell phone. After having these experiences, I don’t think I will go back to my One Plus nor recommend them to anyone else because I would not wish this experience on anyone.
