Hi Oneplus One users! I have a question related to cyanogenmod. Once the company ceases to work/support from 31st December 2016, what will happen to the existing cyanogenmod users? Will the installed cyanogenmod work further in the oneplus one devices? what other options are there apart from cyanogenmod? what will be the consequences of using cyanogenmod (already installed OS) post 31st december 2016?

Install cyanogen update tracker.
Go to settings Device ---- one plus one
Update method ----- incremental update - after that follow the instructions
Best phone I've ever owned. Rooted and running Cyanogen 13.1.2, Android 6.0.1, it's as fast and reliable as the day I bought it around 18 months ago. I use it for a lot of things I once needed a computer for. My only gripes are that the battery isn't accessible and the camera isn't the best in dark environments (excellent otherwise) but cruising on Marshmallow and Cyanogen makes it customizable in just about every way. Treat it well and it will last and serve you well for a long time. With unofficial Android 7.0 ROMs starting to do the rounds I see no reason to upgrade it. I watch 3D movies using it in a VR headset, play 360 VR games, have 200+ apps installed, and it feels and looks great. The battery not being accessible hasn't been problematic yet but ultimately one day I'll need to replace it so that's the only real downside for me - I don't know why so many manufacturers do this. But other than that an all round great piece of kit. 9/10
