I bought the phone two weeks back. After one week the menu button stopped working. Whenever I press menu button it directs to recently opened apps. And I searched the net whether I have any solution for this problem. I found a comment saying that if I reset the phone, the problem will solve. It does. But again the problem repeats. I loved the phone but I think now it is changing. I used to recommend the phone to many friends but they are questioning me about the issue. Trust is lost. Tell how can I solve this problem. Pls.

Just i have question about the secondary camer because it seems very good on paper but on reality what do you say like in dark situations or low light and in high light situation???
And do you recomend me to buy it???

it does heat...especially when browsing the net or streaming on youtube....but nothing crazy......but processor always delivers on speed and multitasking....

guys i buy one plus x 4 months back .THE PHONE is superb no issues and problem i recieved. but after 4 months i recieved update of oxygen 2.2.1 after update it started issues of hanging and auto switch off,and usb debugging and sound issues, i reported to service centre,there i saw many of one plus x users who receive same problem as me after update .please dont update oxygen 2.2.1 its full of folt,and then i asked service centre to replace my old os version 2.2.0 the inbuid version now its awesome .its gud mob and worth for its money .and please dont update oxygen2.2.1

Hello all,
I am planning to buy the OnePlus X in the coming days. I basically have only one question. Can you move apps from the internal storage to SD card? I'm asking because i'm coming from a HTC Desire 620G where you can't do that and in the long it's a real problem seeing as it only has 8G internal storage.
Any other comments on the OnePlus X is appreciated.

I do not understand why people impose their own views and experience on others. Even I experience the heating after talking over the phone beyond 30 mins. straight. My friend experiences the same. Just because a couple of phones did not have the problem, or maybe it was not even put to full use, does not mean my phone does not have a problem.
Please respect other person's views.

I bought the X at end of Jan and found that the menu button didn't work (i would tap it but it would close back to the home screen) so I contacted their customer services. It has taken 2.5 months for them to arrange my returns ticket and refund me. So while I loved using part of the phone, the customer service has been awful, slow and with no interest in my customer satisfaction. Be wary

i think it is an average phone.i used this phone in last 4 months,There is a hanging problem when openig gallery.otherwise its a good phone,good design and good camera quality.
