Im worred with my final decision about to buy this smartphone, i read so many opinions about problems with this terminal, but my question is if i buy it via amazon and the experiences with issues is the same, is there a choice for flashing and no have problems after that?

Camera quality is not satisfying. Flash timing doesn't work properly and will create white blur image.

I used the phone for 4 days and had to face a lot of problems.. the camera quality is just bad and the autofocus doesnt work properly..the oxygen os has alot of bugs and no gallery option is available. Eventually had to return the phone

I ignored my own rule (do not buy from an outfit that doesn't have a UK base) and purchased two oneplus x phones for my grand children. My grand daughters won't switch on. I used the contact email. I was contacted by Alex who said I had to return the faulty phone to their warehouse. He omitted to give me an address. I emailed him pointing this out. After five subsequent emails I have still not received a reply to any of them. My wife is planning to buy a new phone but it will not be from oneplus.

great budget phone. battery life is an issue. didn't find any other problem. using for last 2 week. let's see how it goes in the long run,
