As the most powerful phone I've ever owned I can't complain... much! My biggest gripe is it seems to need regular reboots every few days or else it gets glitchy. The speaker just sucks but i can deal with that. The camera app can crash if left alone too long. No image burn-in as yet, been careful about that. Otherwise, its a great phone
Honestly i dont know what everyone is talking about with the problems with the phone. ive used it for roughly a week. its an amazing phone. runs games in 1080p perfectly. display is nothing short of beautifully sharp. great battery life. and all for 200 dollars? i mean it may lack a finger print scanner or android pay. but i dont use any of that. its perfect for the average user. a must buy
BEWARE: the after sales support is rubbish.
My OPX died all of a sudden in November* and the best oneplus can do is to offer to do a "remote session" whereby you have to install a set of files onto your computer (PC compatibility only) and a "Level 2 specialist" will attempt to make the dead phone "undead". Meanwhile, I've emailed my country's local support service (Singapore) and they have never responded. And because my phone is more than 15 days old, they cannot give me a replacement even though I have not misused my sub-1year old OPX.
I'm currently trying to talk to them on their chat support and they're floundering about trying to recheck my 'ticket number', rechecking my 'ticket number', making up crap that excludes an actual solution to my problem.
Sorry OnePlus, you have just lost a would-be loyal customer and I will not hesitate to tell other people about the way you treat your customers.
*the reddit OPX forums suggest that my battery died
(yes i've tried charging it and letting it rest but it really is dead)

Take a backup and then factory reset the phone. there is some issue with the upgrade and goolge services. I had faced the same issue, but now its working fine for me without any issue.
I am using One Plus X since Jan 2016 and was happy with the device but last two weeks post software update I am facing two majour issues: 1. Play Store is not working. 2. Battery charging is taking 6-7 hours. I went to service centre buut the guy denioed service only for the reason I was carrying a bill which was downloaded from Amazon app and not Web. This I feel is worst experience with any device I have ever used.
