I've been waiting for the information about oneplus x's processor and IRS a bad news. There are three versions of snapdragon 801 Aa, Ab and Ac the one plus one had the Ac(3rd version which is the best I'm the series) but one plus x has a Ab(the same processor used in xperia z2) so it just can't beat one plus one in performance. Its a 32bit processor so, I don't think it'll get updates for very long.
So in my opinion we should go for xiaomi mi5, it is said to have a snapdragon 820 (benchmark score above 80000) or mediatek mt6797 helio x20 (benchmark score above 70000) both of them are great and its a future proof phone its just costs a little more than one plus x .

QHD display (554ppi)
4gb ram
3030mah battery
Some sort of next gen fingerprint scanner

Can any one tell that, how the main camera of OnePlus X & it's picture quality? Is that same or better than OnePlus 2? is the 13 MP main camera is better than other brand like sony or HTC or samsung 13 MP camera? Because i want better camera within that budget.......

After using one plus x for a whole day this are some of my opinions about it.
Pros
1. Battery backup is amazing even better then most 3000mah phones.
2. Battery charges really fast I experienced 40 to 100 in an hour.
3. Display is amazing.
4. Built quality is excellent and one thing here is some reviewers specially from India are saying that the device is gass and plastix, but it is glass an actual metal and not just metal finish.
Cons.
1. Optimisation problem hence leads to stuttering even with such a powerful hardware.
2. Main camera is not up to the mark requires lot of good natural light to take good photos, but the good thing here is that the selfie camera is very good and takes decent photos.
3. Capacitive buttons are not backlit, but no complains here as there is option for on screen buttons which are even customisable.

( like the moto phones)As far as I know, they never said anything about water resistance, so I'm pretty sure it isn't water resistant. Not all Moto phones are water resistant either, however most Sony devices are water resistant (they are the leaders in that aspect). Speaking of Sony, the Xperia Z2/Z3 are still better options than the OnePlus X (the price of the OnePlus X is still amazing). They have NFC, are water and dust resistant, have great cameras and pack the same processor. Try looking for one of those second hand. You should find one for less than the OnePlus X and still in great shape.

it doesn't have space for both second sim and the memory card.
