After the last update the phone starts to stutter and glitch a lot even by doing simple tasks, which is mega annoying. So basically it became unusable which is a shame for a brand new phone. (Oppo) is a waste besides overpriced, never buying from them again.

An absolute shit phone I hate it I'm still using it and saving money to buy a new phone when I'm trying to watch YouTube it just randomly glitch and kicks me out and when I'm trying to play games it lags so much like I can't play Roblox on this phone that's how bad this phone is and sometimes the phone froze for a few minutes and my storage keeps running out when I'm not even doing anything but if you wanna use this phone for work its fine but this phone is totally not for games
This phone is worse than my 9 years old windows 8.1 computer

You really want to know what a scam phone look like, buy any Nokia smartphone which are underpowered compared to realme, oppo, Samsung, Motorola and Redmi

Oppo simply scammed me and alot of people out there, this is the worst phone ever in the world of Android, I used to think it was a ram issue, but my friend's home phone of less than 1gb of Ram multitask more than this toy I have as a phone, I had to use his 3 times cheaper home phone to fill an online form which I couldn't do with my very expensive budget device, yes it's too expensive for the build and quality, would have gotten better devices for same price, crappy camera, can't play any game except candy crush, restarts every app you minimise, reloads every browser once u minimize, and ofcourse clears whatever u must have typed, cuts off your music after a while of minimizing the music app and doing other things, last but not the least, auto rotate stops working sometimes and I just have to restart the device to continue whatever I have been watching, also the phone can get really hot, unresponsive and then screen goes dark for minutes, u totally have to wait and wait for it to recover, already accepted the fact that I wasted my money, totally getting a new phone, do not waste your hard earned cash like I did.

Hanging is usually low ram from too ... moreIt's not about the ram, my friend's 1gb ram spare phone multitask better than this shit, was actually surprised, I can't take picture like passports while filling a form that requires a picture on Chrome or other apps, will always reload the page and will always restart any app I minimize, music cuts off after a while once you minimize the music player, this Is plain crap

I will tell you this to the Gamers there, I do not recommend this device because of its low specs, ram, storage if you are just lite users or casual users, go ahead and buy it, for me it is okay but not for the price. it's so expensive you can buy higher specs smartphones like Infinix, Tecno in this price range ...
