it is one of the most worst phone for processing except itz camera. it unbelievably hangs even we refresh its memory.

1)My battery drains or becomes less,
2)When I play a game "bullet force" the upper part of the phone (near the camera) gets too hot .
3) in the website it is written that it has 2gb ram but in my phone it is 1gb
Plz tell reply!!!!!!!

My phone is oppoA33f and i am using jio sim. I was able to make a call though Jio4Gvoice till 5th December 2016. But i updated our phone on the given date. Just updation the setting ENHANCED LTE MODE disappear and now i am unable to make a call from that day. Now what i can do plz help me.

John, 12 Nov 2016Why is it that my phone only shows H+, it supposedly 4G (LTE) am I right?It may not support your local LTE frequencies, i think you are in philippines and the a33 has LTE bands suitable for India and China. Try to use a Globe SIM and see if you get LTE coverage, the 1800mhz band should work unless youre far away in the countryside.

Then, go to "phone information"
Search the "set preferred network type:"
Change it to "LTE Only"
