I have been using this since 2019. I bought it mainly for my online class and at that time my demand was not that high. And talking about phone this is I could say decent from my experience it works really well but as it gets old it gets slow and it's charging drains faster. But I could say overall it is a good option who are looking for a long term Investment in a short price and not so focused on the camera or the performance at this price point it gives you everything.
Rebranded as REALME C2 litetally same move from BBK Electronics
Man I love this phone so much. I have this since March 2020. And many years later I checked the OS, it's discontinued. And I really miss this phone so much.
The phone is great at the time that I buy it in 2020 sadly the phone ic died in 2023 even though I planned to give it to my grandpa who is still using a 4 core itel phone with terrible camera I know a5s is a cheap phone but having it suddenly dead when I woke up is somewhat disappointing
What can I say this phone has a super battery life, it screen on time is 8 hours if you only watch youtube and play social media. But when you turn on hotspot, it drains really fast. And the fake 21 GB storage, I can't deny that. The photo apps take up to 20 GB storage while my photo only 600mb in settings, I only install Clash of Clans and only 2 GB storage left.
PhoneMan, 14 Jan 2023It's a good phone until it lies about storage which is 21gb not 32gb. I have check the sy... more11GB of internal storage is mainly allocated for the A5s's operating system and system apps, that's why 21GB is provided for the user to store various apps and files. One specific reason might be ColorOS takes up that much space for it to run smoothly in the background and effectively manage all resources and restrict any unwanted app background activity, whether system or user-downloaded app.
I don't know if I'm late in saying this but, if you're interested, you can flash a gsi Android 10 rom on this phone. If you're like not so comfortable with the colorOS I'd say you should give that a try. There's a whole discussion on xda about unlocking bootloader, rooting it, flashing roms etc. Personally I feel oppo should have supported this device till Android 10 but they didn't. 😔
alfie, 28 Nov 2022how to connect to networkFor the first time I bought it the graphics for the games is like normal quality then after two or three year it get worst the game update till I had no space already I had to delete apps that were in the phone and also it is very slow after two or three years but I bought it for more than two hundred from an app I felt I was scam.
I have been using this phone for 4yrs now the battery is still almost the same but becoming a little slower
I've had this phone since 2019 and it has lasted me 4 years only now the battery does deplete ever so slightly faster and it is slowing down a bit but it has copped that much abuse its been thrown, dropped, left overnight outside, dropped in water it will outlast your kids, man. Best phone I've ever owned and only cost $200 at the time. Although outdated now was one of the best for money, it even had better battery than the iPhone X. Once you put a SD card in BAM endless storage. At first I was skeptical of ColorOS software but it is the simplicity of iPhone combined with the features of Android.
It's a good phone until it lies about storage which is 21gb not 32gb. I have check the system where i have all apps installed 8gb in total and i only left with 2gb free. 8+2=10gb, where is 11gb? i cant believe the system take up to 11gb for his shit. i have been lied. we all been lied. fak
Whenever this phone connects to our wifi, all other gadgets lose connection or had connection lag
this phone sucks, especially the storage
how to connect to network
I have been using this phone since 2019. However, since 2022, some apps started not being compatible with this device anymore. So sad. Apps not compatible as of 24/11/2022 - MAE & CIMB
