bought this f1 few days ago. for the price tag, the phone is good. the camera is a good performer specially the close ups shots (macro) of the camera. the video recording is ok but my lg g2 mini records better. sound quality is not the loudest but is rich. phone comes with good features but the double tap to wake gesture is terrible when it comes to battery consumption. having this activated drains the battery faster than normal. a custom setting (swipe up/down, left/right) for wake up gesture helps a bit when it comes to battery but turning off the entire wake up gesture feature really makes a difference. i managed to score only 3hrs-3.5hrs of screen on time when double tap to wake is enabled, 4hrs-5hrs screen on time when custom setting for wak up gesture is set and a lot better when it is disabled. it seems that the phone has better battery life while using it than just having it in standbymode. im not a fan of a non android looking launcher or os, so i dont like this color os for many reasons. i use nova launcher instead. and for me to view my screen on time, i installed a separate battery usage app. because the color os itself lacks screen on time monitoring w/c for me is kinda suck considering this is an android phone. gaming is more than good but not the best considering its specs and price. the phone looks good and is light. overall, the only thing here to worry is the battery performance while in standbymode, not unless you turn off the wake up gesture. as for me, i have my phone timing on/off activated (auto turn off before bedtime and auto on the next morning). so that's it. i hope oppo has something to do with the wake up gesture feature when it comes to battery consumption.
