farmoon90, 15 Jul 2013Was it already released in Malaysia? I cant find one. :(try go to Lowyat Plaza. Sure can find.
the price in Europe is €399 for the 16GB model and €429 for 32GB. If you order until 31st of July you get a free cover and mate screen protector.
The HTC One and Galaxy S4 both cost around €600.
In my country the price for the phone is only RM1599, reasonable price for the high spec that they offer. Not all functions that we gonna use on 1 phone. As long the phone not hang is good enough for me. I tried once, my friend bought it in Thailand, super fast, the screen look so pure with the super clear screen, super pure color. With it's 13MP camera, fair enough..want more better photo capture better buy REAL CAMERA. Can visit OPPO web page, and study the spec for your self. Got money just buy. Don't like it just ignore it. Wanna phone that fulfill your personal desire please create your own phone. For me this phone is superb..for the price that I can afford. I like to try something new, take the risk for better phone. Good phone always got good responds from consumer.

Not gonna happen. It's easier and cheaper to seal the battery.Samsung don't cause they can afford to.
China don't have LTE,neither do most of the international customers of OPPO,they cannot afford 2 versions of the phone to make only US happy, like Samsung.
Camera is very good, better than Z but abit less than S4. Takes 920 to town where there's sunlight.
Chinese version was updated, also remember it came out with HTC butterfly,no 600 snapdragon then.
Cyanogenmod is very nice for this phone.
Very good value phone, considering iPhone is worse spec for $850.
Price too high because it's a chinese phone? Tell me about Samsung S4 then! You pay the brand, not the specs, and when you have to pay the specs and not the brand, you say that the price is too high! duh
The chinese OPPO online store is showing Find 5 with Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 @ 1.7GHz quad-core mobile intelligent processor.

rokkstar, 17 Jun 2013Killer design, decent specs but the price is too highPrice to high!? You're kidding me right?
This phone costs only 400Euros. It's much cheaper than the other 1080p smartphone.
Hello I like to know how was the music on this device?
is it loud? thanks!
Gallant effort by bluray OEM to produce topend smartphone. Yet like many OEMs they missed on a few vital specs to truly compete worldwide.
Any 1080p large screen device must have very large storage capacity and this device lacks SD external and should only come with 32gb. With RAM a commodity don't understand why OEMS and carriers charge premium price for 16 to 32gb upgrades.
Until power cell tech advances OEMs must stop embedding batteries. As a road warrior any device with embedded battery is useless. Even with CPU power advancements the ability to changeover power cells is a requirement.
No LTE yet. With newer modem technology there's almost no reason for a flagship device to launch as 3G only. Lack of radio not a deal breaker here but many still seem to desire internal radio.
Camera tech in this device may only be average. Realizing megapixels is still marketing tool its understandable why OEMs have gone to 13MP but would rather see better sensors with advanced firmware. With other OEMS putting more into their photo specs any flagship must follow. Still should take decent pix.
Older CPU? With the Exynos dual quads and snapdragon s600 and s800 a flagship shouldn't use last generation CPU nor GPU. Still the S4 Pro will do decent job.
Awaiting in depth review of OEMS version of android. Hopefully would be pure full android 4.x and not localized to OEM locale which prior devices have used making it more difficult to use in west.
Finally seems price is bit high but not overly so.
Lacks LTE modem and non-removable battery on an older S4 Pro CPU. No idea if there is any localized warranty for repair or replacement meaning you could be offline for weeks. Seems pricey for unestablished OEM outside local market.
Nice sleek design. Decent specs but not entirely leading edge. Will be interesting to see how it lasts and if OEM launches any needed updates to ROM and if upgrade to 4.3 happens.
Conclusion : not enough for price. Without LTE capability its a no-go here in u.s.
Nice specs but overpriced in USA. Why buy a device with prior generation CPU that's not that much less cost than likely superior quality phone from established OEM? And then have to deal with non western versioning of Android OS? For couple hundred more there are S600 devices available.
Nonetheless the Find 5 has very decent specs and seems to have a few good reviews although durability and longevity haven't been substantiated as of yet.
The Opposed Find 5 is likely one if the best devices yet to come out of the mainland but without better track record and with $500 USD price tag it just doesn't seem competitive enough to purchase as primary device. Not to mention should you need warranty service where it would likely be weeks to get replaced or repaired.
Also needs CDMA version if OEM wishes to really penetrate USA market. Which means modem used should have been capable of any/all type networks. Not everyone uses AT&T or T-Mobile.......
Vladolinko, 28 May 2013It looks better than most of the "American/European" phones, also made in China...i agree if this phone looks stylish and very thin, but is this durable?
my phone now is heavy and thick, but still fine even it fall for hundred. is this phone will be the same?
i dont want to buy something expensive if i dont know the durability.
