hi..i have a problem to download app from playstore which is it keep showing i have no data available and need to delete some app. i already check my storage and i just use 10GB only. as im not mistaken this model have 32GB and i supposed can add the app.. how should i do to settle this matter ? can u help me on this?

My phone is Find 7. Yesterday message "Unfortunately the process android. process. media has stopped" keep on prompt up. After that the phone hang. Cannot turn on or turn off. All function totally no respond. I tried on and off, take out battery and replaced back, the problem still same. Is it meaning my phone totally can't used already? Any solutions?

Awesome phone. 2 and a half years, still feels like a latest high-specs phone. The removable battery, plus that rapid VOCC charger are the greatest help.I have rooted and restock it back to Color OS couples of time and I have no hardware problem with this device ever since. Really worth my money

This phone is good(but kinda boring)..unfortunately,my Find 7 fell from knee height by my little brother and now the capacitive back,home and options buttons cant be used anymore..so i think it is not a very durable phone..gaming and video capturing gets really hot and the phone lags when it is hot..the front camera is not so sharp too for a 5mp shooter..thats what i think..

Again, for update to Android 5.0 or ColorOS v2.1.5i, you need to manually update it. Hit the update at "System Update" won't update your phone.
Download the zip file from OPPO official forum.

Follow instruction at the forum to upgrade. But beware, you must backup all you stuff before upgrade as this update will wipe all data in your phone. It is a fresh install for Android 5.0.
The same apply for Project Spectrum which is based on Android 5.1.1. Sadly, Find 7 won't receive Android 6.0 updates.
