Anonymous, 14 May 2016my oppo phone was stuck in logo then i cant open its recovery mode . any help plsswe have the same issue yesterday after i upgraded my phone to its new software update. so i had to bring it back to the kiosk to ask assistance in resseting it back and start from one after hard reboot.

my phone oppo joy 3,,suddenly shut down a minute ago and when i turn it on it always say oppo nothing more it cant even be open..the menu cannot be shown it just like a new turn on phone always the name of the phone is appearing..can you tell me why?please

Anonymous, 29 Apr 2016Somebody help me ? My phone is stuck! always go to in recovery mode why is that? What's the pr... moreYou have downloaded a corrupted update.. that's why it always go to recovery mode.. fix? Reprogram it with the stock firmware and update with stable connection. :)
